Absolutely a crap hole of a place,
Ordered pizza at 10:39 with 45 delivery
Called at 11:43 they said it was picked up 5 mins ago, I’m 15 mins away, 12:15 delivery driver is off delivering someone else food (found out it was a door dasher) driver came on our street dunno where the pizza at, status changed to complete.
Horrible terrible awful pathetic service!
Employee was kinda rude to discuss issues ended up giving refund!

I really wish zero stars were an option.the food had been trash the last 4 or 5 times I’ve ordered, particularly the cheesesticks that have been dried out woth marley any cheese. I tried to call ahead of my order and let somebody know that my food has been trash and id like for it to not be dog water this time. I lead the conversation with im not trying to be rude or wierd but my cheese sticks have not been good at all amd I was wondering if you could adress that before it gets to me this time, as I haven’t complained even once about those musty stale excuses for food. She hung up in my face. I called back and asked her why she hung up on me she snarled wait until you food gets there to complain about it and hung up again. I won’t be back. This happened October 25th at 6:30 pm whoever the manager wad on shift at this time is loosing your franchise buisness with her nasty attitude! I canceled my order immediately after this.

I called in to the call center using the local number. They had technical difficulties with their system and transferred me to the store. This lady answered and said I would have to call the call center – they are too busy. I explained I did – and that I was transferred to the store. She said well hold on – and put me on hold for 25 MINUTES without checking on me. I had enough time to drive here, still on hold, and she was so rude in person.

The guy making the pizzas was very rude. Intern his rude words made a co-worker of his become rude towards me as well whenever I entered back into the restaurant to get my pizza. I was only being nice I’m not really sure what they got from what I asked and I know they were in a rush but the guy cooking the pieces was very rude for no reason at all

I placed an order online early in the day to be picked up at 5:30 pm. The app did not show my order however it charged my card. I called to confirm the order but was told it doesn’t show up until 5pm. I called a few minutes after 5 to confirm the order and was met with a lady that said they are busy and doing their best. Did not ask what my order was or would confirm that it existed. She then hung up on me. My pizza did not get delivered until 7:30pm, 2 hours after my requested delivery time and the food was cold. When I requested a refund for the atrocious customer service and late and cold food I was told that they can’t do it. Absolutely horrendous how Alaina runs her store and allows her employees to treat their paying customers. I have been a long time customer Papa John’s until today. Never again and I will make sure everyone I encounter knows the same story.

Consistent pizza as any other, however there’s a short hair lady that is there full time and CONSISTANTLY 100% rude to EVERY walk-in customer that comes in. It’s not me, it’s everyone. I thought the first time she was having a poor day as we all do but I’d happily stop coming here just because of her. People like her shouldn’t be interacting with customers ever!
