Our experience here was fine. It wasn’t massively busy, but it still took a fair amount of time for service. The food was nice, but mine was warm not hot, and one person’s food came several minutes after everyone else’s. We had two servers and they were both very friendly. The atmosphere was nice, much like other Hard Rock cafés. Overall, it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t outstanding either.

Me and my husband had a lovely time here. We were made to feel very welcome. The staff spoke amazing English and had copies of the menus in English. We ordered starters and then thought about ordering mains. However our waitress explained how they were very big and we could order more after we had eaten them if we wanted. She was very right!!! And we couldn’t eat anymore. We were checked on multiple times during our meal ensuring we were okay and if we wanted anything else.

Hard Rock Cafe Rome was the perfect spot to take a break from all the pasta and pizza! After days of amazing Italian food, it was refreshing to enjoy familiar classics done really well. The atmosphere is fun and lively, the music and memorabilia are awesome, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and hit the spot, making it a great change of pace while exploring Rome. Definitely worth a visit if you’re craving something different!

A good place to have dinner if you are looking from a break from pizza and pasta whilst you’re in Rome for a number of days! The building it was situated in was stunning, even the roof had impressive artwork on it to reflect the location it was situated in! Staff were good English speakers which was a good surprise, despite having a little Italian to order and get by. Food was really delicious, we had 3 courses! Portion sizes as you can see from photos were decent. Service was a tad bit slow when it came to ordering the food but it did get quicker as our dishes came out.
Would definitely recommend if you’re trying to tick off another Hard Rock Cafe chain off your list!

I came for a solo dinner without a reservation and was initially offered a seat at the bar. As I was planning a full dinner, not just drinks or snacks, I requested a table and was given one after a few minutes of discussion between the servers.
Once seated, Giampaolo really turned the experience around with his welcoming and attentive service. He made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. Thank you for that!

We were given the group menu and they had one vegetarian option which I was happy with at first, but I was so disappointed after . Restaurants really need to know the difference between vegetarian and vegan , it’s outrageous! The patty was made of quorn and had the off putting smell that all fake meat has . Vegetarian is meant to be a patty made of vegetables. However I really like the atmosphere and the service , the staff were polite and attended to our preferences, toilets were really clean too

Great ambience, but the service was very unfriendly for no reason. It was not very crowded but she seemed annoyed. Also the prices are outrageous, a soft drink is like 6€+. The burger was good but not special, lacking some sauce or spice.
