We recently visited with my wife and longtime friends we hadn’t seen in years and had a fantastic evening.
Two of our meals initially came out overcooked, but the waitstaff quickly notified the manager. She came to our table right away, was genuinely kind and helpful, and quickly had fresh replacement dishes made for both of us. Her positive attitude turned what could’ve been a negative moment into a great, memorable experience.
Everything was delicious, we loved catching up with friends, and we’d absolutely recommend this restaurant.

I stopped by this place today and was pleasantly surprised. I got the honey chicken wrap with fries, and it tasted amazing. My sister ordered the chicken skewers and she really liked them as well. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome.
We sat at the bar, and it had such a nice, relaxed vibe. It felt cozy, and it was great that you could watch football while eating. The portions were impressive — plenty of food and very satisfying. The whole place was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable to be in. I’m really happy I tried this spot, and I’d love to come back again!

We visited the Tavern for the 250th Anniversary of America’s Revolution and had a wonderfully casual dinner – just what we were looking for!
Our server was excellent and unintentionally funny. When we asked about the festivities going on all weekend in Lexington & Concord, she answered, “Not sure, I’m going away Saturday.” That’s ok, to each his own.
The pork dumplings, which arrived in a ceramic white “to go” box, were a great way to start, and the Thai chili sauce was the highlight!
We.followed with clam chowder [very good; bacon prominent], chicken skewers [perfectly cooked and large order], the Asian bowl [delicious, only some lightly fried ginger strips could have helped], and a classic cheeseburger [Yum! and it was gone!] – great meal! Thanks.

Way over priced for what you get. I got fish tacos, they were fresh tasting but little flavor despite having tons of their mayo-based spicy sauce. The guac seemed old and the pickled onions were barely picked, more like onion slices that don’t pair well with the whole fish taco theme. Also they were stuffed to the point they fell apart and had to be eaten with a fork. Most places give you 3 tacos for this price point, this place only gave me 2.
$18+ for a burger was lacking in flavor and condiments. Sweet potatoe fries were great as are their regular fries. I just would go back for the ok food at the prices.
I’ve read some reviews on the past a few years back and I’m sure I’ll get some snarky response from the owner, if he is still the current owner. The only reason I came here was it was the kids’ choice.

Excellent food and great service! Been here twice in the past month and have really enjoyed the experience. The goldfever wings are on another level, and the Kitchen Sink nachos are sublime. Beer menu is also great, had the “Little Sip IPA” and it was perfect!
Have had kind servers, and they have all been nothing but nice and generous to our little 1 year old daughter as well (thanks for the animal cups, she loves them).
I look forward to trying the rest of the menu as time passes! Cheers to a great little spot!

Honestly, very solid. To be able to get simple salmon, broccoli and sweet potatoes or chowder or a smash burger when you’re having a junk food day, is awesome. $10 margarita special, like a real margarita, was a great surprise – where else can you get that? Service was friendly and made me want to come back. Either if I’m stopping by or door dashing, this is really the only solid choice in town. (I live in Maynard), so I’m happy they opened.

Delicious food! The place was packed as it was a Saturday night but we were sat right away with our reservation. Our waiter was lovely.
