Stone Pho is absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is welcoming and the staff are awesome — friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to help with recommendations.
The food is next level good. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and served hot. The broth is rich and comforting, the ingredients taste high quality, and you can tell they put care into every dish that comes out of the kitchen.
If you’re craving pho or just want a solid meal with great service, Stone Pho definitely delivers. I’ll absolutely be back.

Stone Pho in Blaine is a fantastic spot for authentic Vietnamese food! Parking was easy, and although it’s more of a casual, hole-in-the-wall place, it was bustling during dinner. The stone pho oxtail was incredibly flavorful, and the fried rice was exceptionally good–perfectly cooked with amazing flavor. We also loved the chicken wings and salt and pepper shrimp, rating both 10/10. The fresh spring rolls were light and refreshing, though we would have liked a bit more meat. Service was okay, but we appreciated the nice touch of individual water bottles for each person. If you’re looking for a great, unfussy spot with awesome pho, Stone Pho is a hidden gem!

When we visited it was a bit crowded but gratefully the service was not slow. We ordered the stone pho and it was a pretty solid bowl flavor wise. It’s pretty cool that the bowl stays pretty warm for a while. I liked the portions of protein and the eggrolls were so crispy and delicious.

Was excited to see this establishment in the neighborhood. The one in Blaine has immaculate service and dining. Considering it is a much smaller place. Had high expectations and quality for the new one in Brooklyn Park but that was NOT the case.
Arrived at 11am and it was not as busy as we thought. Few people but most already had their food. Mind you it’s only 2 of us at our table. Sat down and waited for our waiter. Nothing. Few more guests shows up and we’re still waiting to place order. Still nothing.
I had to flag down the server that we were ready to order. He flagged down the waiter to let him know we were ready to order. Still nothing. Waiter went to serve others who came AFTER us.
Finally made it to our table, very apologetic. After ordering, never got condiments or herbs for pho. Saw the server carry two for one table of 4. Waiting and waiting and waiting. At this point we’ve given up and decided to just ‘enjoy’ our food and be on our way. Had to slurp my pho with NO SPOON!
Super disappointing in service. Other tables around us sounded disappointed too with overall service. Thanks for the first and last time here at Brooklyn Park location!

I got the stone Bun Bo Hue and my partner got Stone Pho. We had spring roll and calamari. The pho was sweet for my taste but there was plenty of meat. The bun Bo hue was good but not amazing. We both loved the calamari and limeade drink. May go if people want the experience but wouldn’t be my go to.

Tried Stone Pho for the first time and it was amazing! Their broth was perfect before adding anything and they did not hold back on their meats—there was enough for every bite! Definitely worth it for the price. Spring roll was a perfect meat to veggie + noodle ratio and the sauce to go with it was good. Pad Thai was super good! Though a little too sour for my liking. I didn’t need to add the lime that came alongside with it. Oyster basil chicken wings were pretty decent, it’s what you’d normally expect for wings. Overall the experience was nice. Servers were attentive and consistent. Loved the atmosphere and area of the restaurant. I will definitely be back to try out more from the menu! 🙂

Ordered pho, but it came with hair in it. They replaced it with a new bowl right away. Plenty of meats and large portions for sure. The taste was average and a hint of sweetness. What I hated the most about the pho we ordered was that the tripe was so damn thick. Probably 1/2 to 3/4 inches in thickness.

It was good, but a little overhyped in my opinion since we drove from further away in the cities. My parents really liked the pho and recommended it from the previous times they went, but this was me and my partner’s first time. I wasn’t blown away, but I do appreciate the portion they gave us in terms of noodles to meat ratio for the Pho Dac Biet. The broth could have had a little more depth for me—we both added a decent amount of fish sauce to ours but that could also just be personal preference. The highlight of our lunch was the Chao Tom! Coffee was good too. All and all, it was decent but I don’t know if I would feel motivated to drive 30 minutes from South MPLS to Blaine just for it. The stone bowl is a cool concept though, I’ll give it that!
