Multiple employees inside that actively hid from the windows and drive through long before closing time. In fact they saw me, smirked and hid away with their coworker until I left. Very odd… Time for a change of staff!

No idea why this place is rated so poorly. I think it’s the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve been to in my life, truly a nice place to sit and eat in. Service was fast and courteous. Bathrooms were totally clean. 5 stars without a second thought, I wish every McDonald’s was this nice.

Shoutout to Dion!!! This McDonald’s is the the cleanest mcdonalds i’ve ever been to everything was very tidy and organized. the tables were wiped down and trashes weren’t overflowing. Overall a pleasant atmosphere to eat. On top of that, one of the workers, Dion, was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I interacted with him. He was very patient, easy to talk to, and was radiating positive energy. You can tell he truly cares about people and takes pride in his work. major bonus: their ice cream machine is always working, which deserves a shout out. Employees like Dion make a huge difference and are the reason this location stands out. Great service, great vibes, and great experience all around!

Went to this establishment to get lunch for 4 kids and 1 adult. Spent 64.00 after rounding up for rivals McDonald. WILL the manager is a complete jerk and is unprofessional. My order was not correct. 3 Grinch boxes were ordered they gave us 2 and stuffed the 3 rd sandwich in the bag without socks, fries, or pickle salt. I went to the register to correct this and it was corrected. When I sat I realized my youngest didn’t get his chocolate milk. I again went to the counter to get his milk. It was corrected and I sat. 3rd times the charm they gave us Hot mustard instead of sweet and sour. I asked my son to get the sauce he needed and he was charged for the sauce. After spending 64.00 and several mistakes I was not upset. Not about 25 cents but the situation. I brought the 2 hot mustard sauces back and advised they gave us the wrong sauce and this is why we needed a new one. The employee was very rude. I asked for the manager and he stated “ I am the manager” I was not being loud or disrespectful I was addressing the issue when the manager argued with me and then dismissed me as he walked away and did not fix the issue. Managers name: Will.
I complained to McDonald’s and the district manager Connie failed to respond appropriately also.
1/10 would not recommend this location to anyone!! Or this region where Connie works.

I ordered through the app to ensure the order was correct. When I ordered a quarter pounder with no cheese, I got double cheese. Then I went back to get it corrected, I was given a burger with an obscene amount of salt and pepper. Now my Mom is sick because of it. I heard this McDonald’s had issues, and now I just witnessed it first hand. The owner needs to fix this immediately before they get sued.

Nice and clean inside! The employees were friendly. It’s super easy to pre-order ahead of time by using the McDonald’s App.

Called and asked if they had item in stock. Drove all the way there and then they told me they were not getting more in stock until tomorrow. On top of that the manager was highly unprofessional. Will be going back tomorrow to check. Mcdonald’s in pawcatuck would never.

Drive thru is a min 10 minute wait every time I’ve come here. I don’t have any complaints about the service, it’s pretty typical service I’ve come to expect from fast food restaurants. The food is fine. Just wish they were more efficient at everything
