We ALWAYS order pretzel trays from you guys with no complaints. I went to pickup my tray today for a PARTY with 3 different dips just for the dips to not even be filled halfway. You can see the bottom of the dip container… I said something to the employee working and he said he can’t fill it because they are weighed. So I’ll have all these pretzels for my guest but no dips? He refused to fill them even after saying I was upset about it. I would have even paid extra but why should I have too when I’m already ordering a party tray. Very upset.

We pre-ordered pretzels to go to give out after my wedding and we didn’t realize the pretzel factory was under new ownership. The guy we sent to pick them up told the cashier about the order and showed them the receipt and although they had no record of it, they still honored it and even offered to drive them down to the location of the wedding so we’d have all 200 pretzels on time!! Such good customer service and so thankful that this wasn’t something I had to stress about on my wedding day! And the pretzels were amazing as usual 🙂

As of Dec 2, 2024, Manahawkin Philly Pretzel Factory is under new ownership. As one of the partners in this venture, I would like to say, our staff is and has been retrained to maintain our standards. We have spent much of the 1st month cleaning, repairing and trying to increase the stores overall appearance, and more changes are in our future. I think you will see an overall brightness and a staff that will treat every customer with respect and hopefully a smile. If you have been a past customer and left, please don’t hesitate to try this location again.

This is a great product and the owner and staff here are totally on top of their business. They work the store and it shows. Service is exceptional and they are fast and efficient. Each franchise is owned and operated independently so you can tell the management really cares about their customers.

Very accommodating staff! Needed 50 individually wrapped pretzels 1st thing in the morning. Other stores would not do the individual wrap. They had them all ready for pick up and were just baked! Pretzels were a success at work. Thanks!

Pretzels are obviously what they are but the lack of understanding about the painful situation with them not accepting gift cards is ridiculous. How would anyone feel if they got gift cards as a gift, and couldn’t use them? Then to be told we just updated our registers and make it sound as if, it was just a bad day, I was ok with but here we are weeks later and it’s still same thing. I would’ve never spent another 50$ for the inconvenience. Until they accept their own gift cards, or act understanding I will not be back and will pass the word. CRAZINESS
