I’ve been here only 2 times. I was visiting Greenfield that time. I liked the nuggets and fries because it was served fresh and hot. However, I ordered from a kiosk but I got a little bit irritated because the receipt didn’t come out and I don’t have any proof that I paid. So I asked one of the staff and complained. But he said he is too busy and he doesn’t have the time to attend to me yet. So I waited patiently but I thought my order should be there on their screen which I don’t know the number. Well, after 20 minutes, I finally got my nuggets! McDonald’s kiosks should have receipts so we know our order numbers. And it is a proof that we paid.

Go here way too much bc it’s the only food in Albany. You’ll never get fresh fries here. They sell them no matter how long they’ve sat out. You may get some extremely stale fries. A lot of the time the cook also will not clean the grill, so you may have black bits in your food. Would also like to add that when I worked at this place, they made me do the job of 2 people, and I was the only person doing this. I would highly recommend not giving this place your business.

Went to the drive through, when I ordered a meal they told me that I couldn’t get tap water as my meal drink? Weird whatever, but when I got my food, (Angel Reese special) my barbecue bacon burger had no bacon on it?! Its not that big of a deal but when i’m paying 10+ dollars for a meal I expect to receive the promised ingredients. Normally better than other McDonald’s in regards to getting my order right. I am dissatisfied with my visit.

Great MickeyD’s location. It is always clean, the staff is nice, and the food is good. It is the best restaurant in the area by far. I love the new fresh burgers!
