I never received my order: I put in an order almost an hour ago! There was no update within a half hour so I called the store. The employee said “your order should be the next one to leave the store” well 20 minutes later there same employee could not provide any updates or offer any solutions as to why the so called “freaky fast delivery” was not happening. I wasted my entire lunch break waiting on food. The employee was so off putting and no help at all. It should not take an hour for something that’s literally 7 minutes away. Having to cancel my order over something that should not have happened is unbelievably frustrating and disappointing.

The drivers constantly violate State Law and City ordinance by parking in front of the store which is a marked yellow curb and is signed a No parking fire lane.
When I spoke with the manager he was extremely arrogant and said “we have spoken to the cops and fire chief and they both told us that’s it’s OK to park there”. When I challenged him, that no Fire Chief or Police department would say that, he immediately got an attitude and told me to “go ahead, call them, they won’t do anything”. Wow!!!! Really??
This little strip mall is so “slow” there’s always available parking spots. To come off like that is odd to me.
Typically there are between 2-4 JJ cars parked there at any given time.
I guess JJ corporate will now have to address this arrogant manager as well as the PD and FD.

Absolutely a waste of money. I would never pay over $6 for another skimpy sandwich, like the the one I received today. Tues Nov 5th around 2:30 – a Big John that was not big at all. Only 2 slices of meat that didn’t even cover the whole sandwich, & a tiny bit of lettuce, & 2 1/2 slices of tomato. I’ve tried to attach some photos, this is a very pitiful overly expensive sandwich. At least Subway can fill up the sandwich so much it actually spills out.

Looks like we can cross off one more food place that has just gone to trash. $10 for a Club Lulu that has three small thin slices of turkey and thin bacon, not to mention would have to pay even more if we wanted cheese on there. This may have been the worst sandwich I have ever had. The bread is terrible toasted and I seriously thought maybe we accidentally ordered a slim. When I opened up the sandwich all I see is thin meat and nasty brown lettuce. I will make sandwiches at home that tastes better and would be a lot cheaper.

They need a better system in place for when pickup orders are ready. I placed an online pick up order and when I arrived there were no bags in the pickup area so I asked an employee. He checked a big pile of sandwiches at the end of the line and told me it wasn’t ready yet. The girl at the end wrapping the sandwiches wasn’t calling out pick up orders, only dine in orders. I stood there for 10 minutes before saying something. She checked the pile of sandwiches again and found my lukewarm toasted sandwich that had been sitting there for who knows how long. I get the lunch rush gets hectic, but that’s the whole point of having the pickup shelf…use it!
Update: As requested, I provided feedback to JJ’s corporate. The franchise owner personally reached out to apologize for the poor experience and emphasized they will be taking corrective action to prevent these incidents in the future. Offered a store credit as well. I certainly appreciate the ability to take criticism, turn it into a learning opportunity, and implement changes to help improve the customer experience.

I have a passionate love affair with Jimmy Johns. I’m a 2x a week sandwich ordering fiend. Lately, even if I tip a few bucks, the drivers have been ringing the doorbell to ask if I meant to tip more. (A $3.00 tip on top of a $9 sandwich seems fine, especially when I pay an additional $3.50 for delivery– but what do I know.) The last time it happened, (earlier in the week) I was on a work call and the delivery driver claimed I needed to re-sign the reciept and “feel free to add more for the tip.) It was… a little strange. I tipped another $2 and sent him on his way.
Today, I ordered at 11:22am. At noon, I thought it was weird there wasn’t a sandwich. I called and the driver had apparently left with the sandwich at 11:35am. By 12:20, there was still no sandwich and I was told they’d have to remake it and it would take another half-hour or so.
I think this one might be my last. From the slow deliveries lately, to being told to tip more and being interrupted to do so, it doesn’t seem like this location values a long-time sandwich freak.
I hope they get it figured out, I’ll miss my JJ’s.
Edit: 12/3/2025: I ordered for the first time in months– they did it again- even when I put a bag labeled “Jimmy John’s Tip” outside with $3 extra – because I -always- get asked to tip more. Today, I was in an important meeting, they rang by bell twice and POUNDED on my door.
Just done. Never again. Not even with a free wrap coupon like I had today.

On God Jimmy Johns will never get a tip from me again. You should be ashamed to charge over $6 as a delivery fee on 1 sandwich. My tipping is 100% done.

This was the worst sandwich I have ever had at JJ. It’s mostly because it’s not what I asked for. I’ve visited this location twice now. Each time they ignore my request. They are very friendly people but don’t come here if you’re into special requests.
