We had a drive thru order. Our pizza must have been sitting for who knows how long, it was room temperature at best. They looked like left over pizza when we got them.

McKay was awsome i came in and he put garlic in my pizza and I requested none. But he was awsome and remade it no hassle or nothing. I wasn’t even worried about the wait or anything just happy that he caught and kept me in touch and apologized more than needed definitely recommend!!!

We are from out of town. We ordered from Washington st store took over an hour to get pizza. Called the other store the manager and associate that answered were amazing. They remade our pizza and delivered with no charge. Washington st store said things happen when you’re busy.

Should never take 45 minutes – 60 minutes for some wings to run through the over regardless of how bz it is. When it is bz your time employees should be more focused on making the food instead of talking so much. There is plenty of peaceful but yet customers are waiting inside and outside well past the time our orders said it would be ready. Gotta figure out how to be more efficient or maybe harder working individuals.

I have oreded my pizza here a couple of times, and the time to get my food has always been reasonable. Today I put my order in at 7:33, and the app gives me an estimated time of 22 minutes max to get my food, I think thats pretty reasonable. I check my app for updates on my food a couple times but it was always on prep, thinking my app wasn’t working I go in at the 30 minute mark to get my food. I walk in pay, and sit for 26 more minutes to get my food. I wait for 56 minutes for my food. That is an unreasonable time to get food.

Burned over cooked thin crust is crazy, I should have checked it when i got it, my kids were so disappointed after I picked them up from school and we opened the box for a piece of coal. I wish I could post the picture here.
