Never ordering from here ever again. we decided to order from pizza hut for the first time in years. the order said it would be ready at 7:21 pm and we were waiting for over 20 minutes past the ready time. when we got the food it was gross, the boneless wings were really hard, it felt like I was biting into a rock, the fries tasted stale, the pizza was undercooked underneath. We had to throw everything away and order something else.
We were also missing two pieces of boneless wings. the website said that the hut box for the entree would come with 6 pieces and side item would come with 4 pieces. I picked boneless as the entree and fries as the side and only got 4 pieces. I called the store for a refund and they took forever to process it. the manager was upset that she had to process a refund and seemed very confused as well. this was a bad experience overall.

Dinner Box was fresh and very good. Wings were cripsy and tossed in the Honey BBQ to perfection. I ordered online. And it was ready in 15mins! Service was amazing 10/10! I was greeted as soon as I walked in. And told to have a good rest of my night! Thank you!!

We order the Stuffed Crust and Cheese Bread Sticks and the order was ready ahead of time and perfect the way I ordered it. They even asked us to open the boxes to make sure the orders were to our satisfaction and of course they were. We will definitely come back again.

The pizza were delicious right amount of topping and sauce. The manager was kind and had knowledge and was excellent at customer service. They did make a mistake on one pizza, but were very nice and fixed it right away. I hope they keep the same quality and service moving forward. To the manger and whole team YOU ALL ARE AWESOME !!!!

I went to Haines city Pizza Hut and tbh I’m glad they were shitty so I could leave and come to this location and meet Mr.Noah.. He’s phenomenal, great guest service, attentive, knowledgeable, kind, and an amazing asset to this team.
Haines city was busy, I get it.. but they look miserable they acted miserable, they don’t acknowledge or have the FOH handled at all.
Rude lady don’t even greet or talk to people with respect. Rude and looks like she hates her job. Don’t treat me like I’m an inconvenience for coming into your place of business.
This location had a 1000% complete vibe and feel.. soooo much better service and employees..
