Overall, my order from yesterday went well. I got the 70¢ boneless wing deal in the “Spicy Korean Q” and “Mango Habanero” flavors. Both tasted great with plenty of sauce. Although, the Mango Habanero doesn’t taste as spicy as advertised to me. Maybe that’s just me, but overall, I found the taste to be good. Overall, good stuff!

I called the manager and he instantly brushed the blame to door dash a company that I didn’t request working with by simply who they use! This is the second time this has happened within two months. I promise you I will not be back here simply because your management has zero clue how to handle customer interactions. I can’t comment on the quality of food as this is the second time we’ve stopped in the last 3 months, only to walk in and moments later, walk out. Both times, we waited as the staff played on phones, enjoyed conversation with each other, and even restocked items while we waited and waited for someone to take our order. No greeting, no acknowledgment that someone would be with us in a moment, nothing as we finally walked out to spend money at restaurants who appreciate it. I arrived at 11:15 on a Tuesday. Doors were still locked. The store was very dirty. Trash on multiple tables. Ketchup all over self serving area. Floors were so sticky and had not been cleaned. Order took 25 minutes to receive.

Extremely slow service, and lack of quality food. Wingstop used to be one of our favorites but this location in general has gone downhill.Make sure to check your bag before you leave if you ordered to go. You’ll be lucky if you actually get the correct order.

Bone out wings are more like chicken nuggets. We ordered the meal for 2 with Garlic Parmesan and the Hawaiian they were skimpy on the sauce. If you like your fries heavily salted you will like it. The cashier was very helpful and nice.

First off, I ordered 2 boneless 10 piece meals. They took over 35 minutes to get the order out while the entire crew just stood around and talked in the back. A lot of the crew told their lead person they weren’t trained on practically everything and just stood around and talked amongst each other. Forgot all my dipping sauces I paid extra for and this is the final product for my order imparticular. Supposed to be lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan wing and this is what I got. Not going back again.

Ordered online said it would be ready in 16-21 minutes. Order was ready when I got there. I got the New Lemon Herb Remix and garlic parm. Both were hot and fresh. A little pricey for my taste. I got 15 wings for $18. Will definitely go back to try other options and a chicken sandwich.
