This is the worst McDonald’s ever. 2 visits, hoping that something had changed. My first visit it took 20 min for my order. If had not already paid for my food I would have left. Today I went ordered a cheeseburger meal and 6 PC nugget. $16. I did not know I had to have 2 burgers. I was not offered a nuggets meal with a burger or told I had to have 2. My fries were soggy not crispy like mc Donald fries. My burger was soggy and did not taste like burger. Im sitting on the toilet typing this review.

I put in our order at the kiosk and went to wait for our order. 15 minutes later still no food. It shouldn’t take that long to put together 2 happy meals. I went up to ask for it and my order number wasn’t even up there. I’m wondering who got my order. Then when they brought it, my drink was missing. I ended up asking for water, because the machine wasn’t working. No refund on my drink I paid for though.

The drive thru greeting of “Welcome to McDonald’s” was expressed in such a surprising tone and inflection that both my husband and I started laughing immediately because we were caught off guard. Friendly employees. The caramel frappe looked and tasted fine, but there were unidentifiable white chewy chunks. Kinda of unsettling. Fries were hot and salty. McDonald’s, in general, are getting expensive.

Me and my friends ordered 2 meals and we got our first meal and it took like 25 minutes for our second order and it was a kids meal. That’s way too long for a kids meal. I fear they sold. Their food was goated tho. My friend ordered a vanilla shake and she didn’t get it.

Fifty percent of the time, you are asked to pull up to pickup line as food is not ready where you then wait 10 to 15 minutes for your food to be brought out to you. There is no fast food here.

So, I dont eat at McDonald’s a whole lot, im not a fan of fast-food places but, this particular McDonald’s in Montevideo, MN (Restaurant # 13984),has the BEST EMPLOYEES, The Best Service, the Cleanest McDonald’s that I’ve ever been to!!!! I do not remember the young man’s name that waited on me but, my recept has a KS#2 on it. This young man came right up to tge counter & greeted me with a big smile & very courteous!!! This is why I come back to this McDonald’s when I come through Montevideo, MN.

Come on this place has always been not too bad but today? Listening to them complain about who does what ..how much someone ordered…arguing who’s dropping fries..20 mins to get a French fry and a quarter pounder deluxe with bacon..paid for it and never got it..nuggets that were chewy not crispy..soggy buns on burgers had to ask and wait for everything and they are too busy to come to the counter to fix it
