I was super impressed with this bagel shop. It was very busy but service was quick! We only stopped in to pick up a dozen bagels and were severed swiftly.
The price is so minimal and the bagels are so fresh. They had options to purchase special cream cheeses, but we didn’t purchase any. Will return for sure.

Great breakfast find. Expansive menu. The shredded potatoes with toppings were perfectly prepared and presented. A great value!!!

First time going was yesterday and the food is absolutely delicious!! Should be called Everything Works because they sell more than bagels and everything they sell is so tasty. Whole atmosphere was very delightful. Very busy too so hurry and get a parking spot!

I sincerely want to give a shout out to BAGEL WORKS for their “wonderful, unmatched” service provided to my family today! My husband, my daughter, and my son went around 1 pm today for lunch. Quite some people in the main area, but a few empty tables and booths were available. They chose to sit in one of the first booths in the front area. And just when they sat down, one of the guys (who seemed to be doing a little bit of everything) came to the table and told them quite out loud that they had to move. He literally told them this in front of everyone, with no politeness what-so-ever and for everyone around to hear. They were not offered another table in the same area nor an explanation, just that they couldn’t sit there and that they had to move right away. They were taken to the other seating, larger room. Maybe 2 more tables had people. They sat down, the guy took the order, and left. When the order came, he just gave each one the food , no courtesy or delicacy in handling the plates. Didn’t even ask if they wanted anything else at that moment – or at any moment, as a matter of fact, because he didn’t return to the table at all. My family and I are astonished about this treatment, especially when my daughter frequents this place with her friends and I have been there with my kids several times, and I do like and recommend the place. Today was my husband first time there. Even when I was not with them today, I was excited that my husband was finally going to try the place – and oh, boy, what a memorable experience it was!
My husband left our customary 18% gratuity precisely to prove the point that whatever impression someone had that caused this unfairly prototyped, obviously very biased treatment to my family comes from a very ignorant place. All I can say is that in the 25 years that I have been in Bel Air, I have never felt such pain in my family like I did today for having been treated this way, let alone in our beloved town of Bel Air where my kids were raised and have lived practically all their lives. Where we have never experienced anything not even remotely close. Where we have gotten to know the people and the community, and this is definitively NOT a reflection of the people of our town.
So, again, from the bottom of my heart: Thanks to BAGEL WORKS for such a memorable experience! I only wish that none of you never have to be subject to such and unfair, unjust treatment just because someone feel that they can.

Our nonprofit, Fresh Start Furnishings, contacted Bagel Works to help us celebrate our volunteers but giving them a small token of our appreciation-a free bagel or coffee from Bagel Works. The owner was happy to accommodate our request and worked with us to provide coupons that could easily be mailed in a Christmas card. She also gave us a great price! We chose Bagel Works because their bagels are always fresh and tasty and their service is fast and friendly. This is a small business that not only has delicious, reasonably priced food but that also cares about the community, making them worth supporting anytime you’re in town!

This is the best breakfast in Bel Air with no close second place. What makes this place so special? Value. Not only is their breakfast the best tasting, but the prices on everything are the lowest as well. Every time my wife and I come here, the entire parking lot for the strip mall fills up and all the cars are parked just for this places food and service. That says something. We have not once been here without the parking lot being completely filled, even on weekdays. It is quite incredible and speaks to the excellence of their services. Go with the baja omelette, corned beef hash, fiesta burrito, or cuban sandwhich to experience some of their best food, all roughly around 10 dollars each. Thank me later.

I’ve been coming here every Tuesday/Thursday for almost 4 years, so I write this review having thoroughly vetted my experiences. In a sea of breakfast places popping up, Bagel Works remains committed to what I love most: your classic breakfast. I’m not a fancy person. It’s a place I can still go, get a cup of coffee (plenty of flavor options!) and staple breakfast items for a reasonable price. I have dined in and carried out, both experiences great. The staff take the time to remember you so you feel welcome each time you go in. There’s not a DoorDash or Grubhub shelf to be seen, and it is truly a welcome sight. They know what works and it works well (just pop by on the weekend to see the crowd that agrees with me.) Take the time to slow down, skip the food delivery/drive thru, and see why a traditional breakfast place can still thrive in a faster and online world. Love!

excellent food. excellent carryout service. The primary waitress likes you or she doesn’t.If she doesn’t you will know it. She has made us wait for over 5 minutes for a table that was available the whole time. it was only when someone else got in line behind us that she seated us.

We’ve been coming to Bagel Works every week for a long time now, and they never miss. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, and it truly feels like a neighborhood spot. The coffee is amazing, the food is consistently incredible, and everything comes out fresh every single time. The only downside is that they’re not on any delivery platforms yet, but honestly, it’s worth the drive every single time. Highly recommend!

This is the busiest ma & pa breakfast place in the area—and that alone says a lot. The place is amazing, and we’re sad we only discovered it right before moving out of Bel Air. But until then, we’ll keep coming back and enjoying it as much as we can. Do not get anything else your first time other than Corned Beef Hash. From there, the Baja chicken omelet is also incredible. When choosing bagels, the egg everything bagel is noticeably unique and one of the best types of bagels we’ve had as well! Enjoy!
