My wife and I came in this afternoon around 1pm. Kate and Kara waited on us. The service was quick and personable. Both ladies made food/drink recommendations (chocolate cold brew was delicious). My wife said this will be in our regular rotation.
Editing to add that my wife swiftly reminded me that the woman behind the counter was the mod pizza lady from some years ago at the hall location. The wife approves!

Been coming here for years. The older woman is still brisk and not warm or welcoming but you can tell there is new management around. The place is cleaner, you no longer are bombarded with loud, distasteful music belching from a small speaker, or have to wait an ungodly amount of time for your order to be ready. Good job, Bruegger’s.

Every single time I get something here, even if it’s just a plain bagel with cream cheese, it tastes like onion. I would rather lick my dog’s foot than eat onion flavored anything. They clearly need to redo their food safety training, because they didn’t so much as wipe off the prep surface between orders, reused the same toaster tray until it was caked in burnt cheese, and get Everything-seasoning on everything whether you want it or not. I only even go here a couple times a year because the Panera around the corner takes too long to make anything. I don’t bother with their coffee anymore either. It has a flavor, but that flavor is burnt ice.

This store gives new meaning to terrible customer service. If you need a special order as in no cheese, no onion, be prepared to scrape off the cheese and take off the onion when you get home. Our orders are NEVER correct. The staff does not go out of their way to extend any kindness. Please know while ordering in the store, you better know exactly what you want as soon as the staff member makes eye contact or they’re onto the next customer. Please, Brugger’s get it together! People love your bagels but the tension in the air in the store is off the charts. If another bagel store opens up close by, you may end up out of business.

Bagels were flat, and the texture didn’t resemble any bagel I’ve ever had. The amount of cream cheese put on the bagel is embarrassingly light.

The entire staff at this location is miserable. When guests walk through the door you can tell they are all miserable. The manger, who is older woman, looks just flat out exhausted. She drags around and lets her employees act as though they are the managers.
The other two women are hateful and rude at best. The bark “Don’t lean there!”, “Because of COVID you can’t stand there” because they don’t want customers watching as the incorrectly make your order, the claim when asked was “We’re not allowed to put up signs!”.
I was wrongly accused by all three women of not paying for my juice. Because I was given no receipt, I had to request they look in their register.
It was a complete gang mentality.
This location needs actual leadership and an employees that truly want to serve the guests.
I would suggest that corporate look closely at this location and do some restructuring. Secret shoppers might be a nice way to see the that nastiness that goes on at this location, or maybe just reading what some of the community is saying about these women.
