I had such a great experience at CiCi’s Pizza! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, but what really made the visit stand out was the customer service. Arthur went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of. It’s rare to find that kind of service these days, and it really made the meal that much better. Thank you, Arthur, for making our visit such a positive one—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Food was so fresh and great tasting! The restaurant was super clean too even after a long day. What really made our visit special was Arthur. He was so kind and even with how busy the restaurant was and the amount of orders coming in, he was cool, calm and collected which blew all of us away. I had tried CiCis many years ago and was less than impressed. But since I’ve lived in almost walking distance, I decided to try it again and was happy and impressed of the quality of the pizzas currently. For the price point and the all you can eat buffet, I won’t hesitate in returning. Yes they do cater more to kids, but if you’re on a budget, then CiCis should be on your radar as an excellent option, especially if you love pizza as I do. Staff was friendly and kept the place clean.

Initially, we were surprised at how clean and nice this location was. The staff was very friendly! However, the game experience was subpar and we will not be returning because of this. 1/2 the games didn’t work and the others were very low on prizes. We will be going to The Colony location because their game section is much better and the prizes for the kids are better.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by a staff member whose genuine hospitality set the tone for a fantastic experience. He asked if we had any special requests and even recommended the zesty Alfredo—which turned out to be absolutely delicious. Throughout our meal, the staff was attentive, clearing plates promptly and checking in to see how we were doing. During one of these check-ins, we asked a few more questions and discovered that the crustless pizza was still available—so we ordered that too, and it was a great addition.
I’m fairly certain he was the team or shift leader that evening, and I truly wish I had gotten his name—he made our visit exceptional. Although I don’t live locally, this experience was so memorable that I’d gladly go out of my way just to return to this location.

I saw the 2.99 deal online and thought it would be cool to take my 12 year old because I haven’t been to Cicis since I was his age. Every employee was pleasant and my son really enjoyed his pizza BUT I will not be back because:
The ice machine was broken. When I alerted the young man who was nearby sweeping and cleaning trash off the tables, he acted surprised at first and said it was just working. He came over and pushed the dispenser a few times then he switched stories and said it had been doing that for a while and they had been trying to get it fixed. He directed my attention to the other end of the drink area where there was a large uncovered bucket full of ice. I hadn’t even noticed. He took his hand (that he was just using to sweep and pick up trash) and stuck it in the ice to dig out a scoop to demonstrate how I could get the ice out. Gross. I decided I didn’t need ice anymore.
By this time my son had washed his hands, got his food and was digging in. I went to the ladies room to wash my hands and an employee was coming out drying hers. I press the soap dispenser. It’s hand sanitizer. So no one in this restaurant who has entered this restroom has properly washed their hands? And the employee is ok with that? Also gross.
The kid had a good time. His only complaints were that the table didn’t feel clean, that there was only white pizza not regular cheese, and the pizza ran out too quickly once they put it out.

Old Man Ketchum
It was clean and the pizza was hot. Our son’s karate class came here and some of them were acting like cages animals and the staff was nice and respectful (more than I would have been) so overall a great place

Went here with a few friends late at night and the staff was so kind!!!! In specific Arthur was so friendly and patient with us all! The food was also fresh and constantly being replaced. Best experience ive had at a cici’s by far!!

This is one of the nicer CiCis Pizza I have visited. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I only give 4 stars bc when we went, there was hardly anything to choose from. They were very quick to offer up personal pizzas but for what we pay I would expect more to choose from on the buffet. We will go back though. It’s the kids favorite.
