Had an amazing time at the new Dimples Cafe. Having not been able to try the Dimples food truck for much too long, why not finally try it at the grand opening of the new cafe location. It was exactly as good as I’ve heard about and more!
The Horchata Cold Brew had a nice balance of the sweet horchata flavor and smooth cold brew coffee. As for the pancakes, they are fluffy, flavorful, and to die for. They even have a nice, slight crispiness to them as well. I highly recommend the pancakes with Nutella and Strawberries. Making your own is also a great choice. I created mine with smoked gouda, bacon, scallions, and guacamole. The ingredients tasted very fresh. To top it off before we left, I went and got a Cortado. It tasted great (even without any sweetener added).
Highly recommended, will definitely be back to Dimples Cafe!

Just heard about their grand opening! I had their mini pancakes when they had a truck in Allentown for a festival so of course I had to try at their establishment. They had so many more options to try! I got the Nutella and strawberry mini pancakes, the avocado egg dimples, and an stroopwaffle iced coffee with oat milk. The latte was so delicious and creamy. I was drinking it so fast that I almost finished it before our food even came out! While I initially came for the mini pancakes, the avocado egg dimples were definitely my favorite, the flavor of the salsa verde was great. I wish there had been a crunchy element to it! The Nutella and strawberry mini pancakes are a classic, so delicious, no complaints! I understand the pricing because of the effort. I could easily eat 100 of these but I don’t want to break the bank!! I will be back to try more!

Just had to leave a review after devouring these amazing pancakes at Dimples Cafe! The photo doesn’t even do justice to how delicious the strawberry-topped ones were fluffy Dutch poffertjes with the perfect amount of sweetness and that signature powdered sugar dusting. Everything from the food to the warm service and cute cafe setup was top-notch. It’s exciting to see a local spot like this thrive, especially knowing it’s family-connected in the Buffalo community. Will be back soon for more! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was a nice place to go and try something new while supporting a newly opened local restaurant. Drove in from the Falls. We had the pancakes with strawberry and the bacon gouda cheese egg bites. If you struggle with sauces ask for it on the side. I enjoyed it on my eggs my daughter felt it was to much for her. The staff was Extremely accommodating, nice and hard at work. Definitely gives it a try! And it might help to look at the menu before going. When it comes to their coffee. Which also i enjoyed.

The owner (Lyon) is super nice and very welcoming. I tried the Dutch coffee and it was probably the best coffee I’ve had in the area! The stroopwafel was also amazing – the owner said it was a family recipe. Next time I come in I definitely want to try the mini pancakes. Great addition to the area!

Been a fan of Dimples and their food truck for years. Excited for their next step and new location. The expanded menu, new coffee options, and sweet treats make Dimples a great addition to a brunch rotation. Fantastic addition to the bustling Kenmore food scene.

The mini pancakes and eggs are great, bacon and Gouda cheese also great but let me tell you. That Dutch coffee cappuccino has got to be the best coffee Iv had in buffalo. It took a while to get the coffee but that flavor and feeling is worth it. Nice and strong but no bitterness at all. I got mine with a little vanilla and it was like drinking slow roasted almonds. Absolutely amazing. The place also has a family atmosphere, super clean, and yes it’s small but it’s on Delaware in kenmore and they make full use of every space. Definitely worth a try and will 100% be a weekend spot for me and my wife because I will need a minimum of one Dutch cappuccino a week.

Best coffee in Buffalo, hands down. They roast their beans in house, which creates some of the most flavorful, unique and bold coffee I’ve had. I did a coffee flight and you can really taste the different flavor notes between each cup.
They also make authentic, homemade stroopwafels that pair perfectly. I also highly recommend trying their Dutch coffee. They also have a Yama coffee with a nique brewing process that you can see right in the front window. Both have a super rich and distinct flavor.
