My husband had the “jumbo” wings, and while he said the hot sauce was good, the wings were standard size. My 9 year old ordered boneless wings with sauce on the side, and the chicken was so greasy and very pale, as if it had not been fully deep fried, or allowed time for the grease to drip off. My 5 year old ordered just fries, and they were very, very greasy, and again, so pale they barely looked cooked. My 28 year old ordered a smash burger and an order of cheesesteak fries, and both were disappointing. The smash burger was very small and he said it was gross, and the fries were super greasy and undercooked just like my younger son’s fries. I ordered a cheesesteak, and it was by far the worst cheesteak that I have ever eaten. The “steak” was mushy and oddly colored, and it had absolutely no steak flavor at all. The onions and peppers were barely cooked and definitely weren’t helping the taste at all. The steak reminded me of a very poor quality Steak-Um. We also ordered the loaded nachos without sour cream, and even they were awful. The chips had an odd flavor, the “ground beef” was the exact same substance as the cheessteak “meat”, the cheese sauce did not taste good, there were only a few tiny pieces of jalapeño, and there was no queso and no side of salsa.
Another thing that was very annoying was that our food wasn’t all served at the same time.
We found the menu to be limited, especially because much of what is listed on their website is not available. That was a huge disappointment. Even the prices are not accurate. The jumbo boneless wings were supposed to be $1 each, but we were charged $12.60 prior to tax for a dozen. The boneless wings were not on the restaurant menu but they were $9.45 on the receipt. My cheesesteak was supposed to be $13 but was $13.65 prior to tax.
It’s very sad because the server (Deatra) and the owner(?) were very kind. So kind that we didn’t even have the heart to tell them how bad everything was. While we usually give places a second chance, I don’t think that’s a possibility here. Kindness can’t overcome all of the other issues.
On a side note, it is very loud in the restaurant, and I personally found the volume of the television to be overwhelming.
I don’t like leaving negative reviews but this place isn’t even trying to be a good place to eat. The food is plain gross. Mozzarella sticks were floppy which means they weren’t fried or even baked, just microwaved. I truly couldn’t eat them, they were foul. Sprite was pale pink which probably means they don’t clean out the fountain well. Ordered a sandwich on a potato roll and got white bread. The fries are also probably microwaved. Not crispy at all, just a soggy pile. Really disappointed that this is the replacement for Grand Illusion. They are not worthy. I will not be back and I do not recommended eating here.
But the wings need work dude.

Atmosphere 10/10
