A cozy coffee shop with a farm house inspired theme interior and they have house roasted beans. Ample seating for anyone wishing to stay and sip their coffee, while listening to classic rock softly played in the background.

This place is a great addition to the underserved specialty coffee scene in the area of santa margarita and mission Viejo ! I want to give a 5 stars next time but for the time being I need to call out two items of feedback 1/ espresso coffee could be served more concentrated and less watery; 2/ the coffee is very good, Brazil for espresso is good taste, but the package of whole beans does not bring the roast date, so important for coffee connoisseurs; also, it needs a small sticker with a summary of the story and origin (which is well written in the website). New to this place but im always in the area an thought I’d start trying it out, Celeste made my caramel macchiato (mighta spelled that wrong lol) but she was so incredibly kind and sweet!!! Had a great friendly conversation with her while she made my drink and she made mine really really good too I loved it, she was very nice and personable. Definitely my new favorite go to coffee shop 🙂

Want to ditch the large coffee chain for a real coffee shop? Elissimo is that place if you live in or near RSM, CA. Family owned, beans roasted in house, and great service every time. And even though pick-up is required for the subscription, no delivery, if you live brewing coffee or espresso at home, the coffee subscription is amazing too!

Gem of a coffee shop with great ambiance. Love the decor and overall vibe. Coffee is amazing. I tried their cortado.

Coffee is good! Just don’t order the affogato. They put 2 shots over ice cream, so it melts within a minute. I was wondering why they didn’t give me a spoon in the first place, and now I know. I asked them how am I supposed to eat it when there’s no ice cream in it, and she said I could just drink it, So I did
