Horrible smell emanating from the bathroom. Open door and I see 4 dead rat carcasses behind the toilet and hella little white worms around it. Didn’t really care that much tho ngl. Went up to the counter and horrific piss stench was emanating from the lettuce container. Honestly was like wtv it’s lowk chill bcuz ts be happening. Got my sandwich and little bug was crawling around inside the wrapper. Once again it’s Wtv Ian even rly care like dat. Would have given 5 stars but they were out of raspberry cheesecake cookies. One star. I wanted a cookie.

My husband and I stopped in 2 nights ago, about an hour before closing…after having driven for over 9 hours. The second I walked in, I could feel the negativity in the air. Two young people, maybe 18, were working, a girl n a boy. Neither said welcome, neither were polite, neither could say more than a few words, the whole time. The young man never even looked up when we walked in, just started putting gloves on. The young lady, if you can call her that, preceded to try n stare me down, never saying a word. I told my husband, rather loudly, “It looks like someone needs to be trained in customer service “. She promptly found something interesting on the counter, thus losing the staring contest.
I have worked in customer service for 20 years, if I had ever treated a customer this way I would not have made it in CS for one day! She should be fired n he should be retrained. The food was good though, but not worth that…will never go back!

Any subway In North Dakota is better. Workers clearly dislike their jobs so much that they can’t even make you a decent sandwich. Been there a few times in the past year and not once have I enjoyed it. Unsanitary, unwelcoming, and very unappetizing to watch them make you a sandwich. Used the same gloves to make 5 other orders, ring them up and wiped the counters off then tried to make mine with them. No longer a customer. Wouldn’t feed it to the dog.

The Asian lady was very rude she rushed me into making every decision quickly at the end I asked her to cut my sandwich and she smashed the sandwich with her hand while cutting it and tore open the sandwich and then she wrapped up my sandwich that way when I opened up my sandwich everything spilled out the sauce everywhere overall if I go back there I would ask somebody else to make my sandwich not her she was rude poor and unprofessional
