We love this place! It’s a small restaurant in Teaneck that’s decorated nicely. The service is good, they do not rush you and the food is amazing! I’ve tried several different chicken dishes, apps and salads and I am never disappointed. The food is more authentic than any other commercialized Indian restaurants I’ve been to. This time we had the papri chat for an appetizer and it exceeded my expectations. I tried the white meat clay cooked yogurt chicken and we always get the chicken tikki masala. The owner is always there. It’s also a BYOB. Go, you won’t be disappointed !!

We enjoyed the dishes and the beautiful ambiance. Our server was very kind and explained the dish that I ordered which I would definitely order again. I had the fish moillee which had salmon in it and it was beyond what I expected. Will definitely return on another cold day to warm up with delicious food.

I have been looking for a good Indian restaurant near Teaneck and this one delivered! I have food allergies (gluten, dairy) and it is sometimes hard to find places with delicious food that I am able to eat. Our waiter Apurba was wonderful and knowledgable about allergies and the menu. They have an entire section of the menu on the back which lists multiple items marked as Vegan and/or Gluten free. My sister and I ordered Shrimp Goa Curry – which they prepared with non dairy milk for me and it was DELICIOUS. The sauce was amazing and I actually took home the leftovers to pour over other things! We also tried the Baigan Bharta (vegan eggplant dish) and the Dal Makhni (black lentils). My sister got the assorted tandoori breads also, and I got an order of mango chutney, Everything was prepared well and delicious and the service was great.
Apurba was attentive and very sweet. Parking may be tough but we went on a Wednesday night so were able to park right in front. I ended up finishing all of my leftovers. Give it a try!

We’ve eaten here on several occasions and taken to-go as well. Suffice to say, we’ve tried a lot of the menu. We’ve found everything to be reasonably priced and delicious. I appreciate that the spice level is accurate, the medium had a bit of a kick without being too overwhelming for those of us who aren’t as accustomed to regularly eating super spicy food. My favorite dishes are all with paneer – so yummy! Their lunch specials are also a good deal, and overall my partner and I are really happy to have a great place like this close to home to visit often.
Oh! And for celiacs, gluten free dishes are all marked gf on the menu and the staff is knowledgeable ❤️ thank you Rudra for the gf options!!

Hands down the best Indian food in Bergen County. Every dish is seasoned to perfection and arrives hot every single time. Absolutely worth the visit.

Probably one of the best Indian restaurants I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend the duck curry, which the meat is stewed so well that even some thin bone can be easily chewed. Also ordered the Lamb komar, which the sauce is so creamy and makes a perfect match with the garlic naan.

Cute place for some really good Indian food. The restaurant is cozy and clean, with slightly generic decor. The food is cooked well and the menu even has some things that are not seen too often in other Indian restaurants. Must tries are the cheese naan and avocado chat for starters. Lunch platter is a good way to try smaller portions of everything you want to try.

Very welcoming and open atmosphere. My server Apurba was very accommodating with his service and the food came out in a timely manner. Not to mention very well cooked with authentic taste, I recommend the restaurant heavily if you’re looking for a quiet nice meal out.
