I usually have a great experience here but I messed up and came when James was a “manager” and none of food was correct or appetizing. I paid almost $4 for the smallest tater tot with cheese I have ever seen…thought I had ordered a medium… then I specifically asked for 5 ketchup and 3 salts….as you can see no salt and 3 ketchup… I noticed Matt was off today after I had gotten there to pick up my order next time I will call and see if he is there since he’s the only one that knows how to corrective take an order and make sure that the food is correct.

Closest sonic to us but the worst. You have to wait a long time for your food, no customer service whats so ever (adding in after we went back to get our drink fixed the girl was nice). Ordered a cherry slush and the man asked 3 times what flavor and we responded cherry all 3 times then he says okayyyy in a rude way. I mean last I checked cherry was a flavor. Maybe they can’t hear well on their end but they should get it fixed and treat customers better. Also got 2 witches brew, they look nothing alike and the one that is not green does not taste like green apple like it should, also forgot the beads, he said they were in there, we looked they weren’t, he acted like he didn’t want to add them but the girl did. Wound up taking it back asking them to fix it since it did not taste right , the girl was extremely nice but the man was not we thanked her for being nice and told her the man was rude she said they get that alot.

In the app order, steak n bacon burger for the 1st time on Sat 1/7, along with other stuff. Truck hadn’t come in so no steak burgers & truck would be in on Mon. Picked up today, 1/10. Asked for lg tots for inconvenience. Denied. Sandwich brought home with NO bacon!! REALLY?? UPDATE 2/4 In app order: arrived Untoasted, no xtra chz, no xtra onions, no BACON AGAIN!! I’m giving two star. I order cheeseburger and small French fries. I try French fries it taste too much oil when I eat French fries. I feel my Hamburger was cold so I came home put my food in microwave and it taste ok.

I wish i could leave zero stars on this place it is terrible. The customer service is absolutely horrible. If you are on any kind of time schedule definitely do not stop here. I ordered one burger and had to leave i sat there for so long and the person at the window was very disrespectful. Do not go here until you see and under new management sign!

Placed mobile order at 8:02 PM. We arrived at the store at 8:05 and waited until 8:27 to get 2 shakes. Once we got our shakes they were starting to melt and the whip cream had already melted into the drink.

I went there an hour before they closed, they gave me this dried up old hotdog. I have never in my life seen this before…and my totts were burnt. I’m very disappointed. They know they saw the hotdog before putting warm chili on it. Do better people smh.

Placed a mobile order before arriving. Pulled up, checked in, waited 20 minutes & no one came out. Several employees walked by and no one ever checked in. I had to leave and get ready for work, so I had to call the number & ask if someone was going to bring out our drink. They asked our name and then said they’ll be out…. Why did it take calling them to be acknowledged? It was dead…. They weren’t slammed busy….

We’ve been having bad experiences at Sonic throughout the area but this was our first time at this location. The service was amazing and the food was good. Would’ve given five stars but the fries were a little salty. Great experience, will come back.

Extremely short staffed all the time, if they’re not closed due to “internal issues”.
We normally use order ahead but they’ve had even that turned off for the last 2 days. Though we usually have to wait until we get there to use the app because they’ve been randomly closed a few times after we had already ordered and paid.
Usually half of the stalls are out of order.
A few days ago I ordered just a drink through the app and sat in the stall after indicating that I was there for literally 30 minutes before having to go up and knock on the door just to get it. For A DRINK.
Don’t even bother trying to call the number because you always get an out of service message
