i waited 50 minutes, 2 hut boxes(2 personal pizzas, 2 things of 4 wings), and 5 breadsticks. my pizzas were thin (ordered tossed), my breadsticks were thin and stale, wings weren’t bad but weren’t the best. safe to say this is the reason i go to the pizza hut on kansas.

I recently drove to this pizza hut and had to wait for extra 30mins as they had over 50+ orders at once. I understood the whole situation as their old store manager was transferred a few months back and is still hiring people that can help. A wonderful woman said that they had everyone quite after a new store manager and training new people on top of it. They are a bit pricey but worth it. Can’t get the stuff crust from dominos.

We waited over an hour and a half for our food. My wife called to check up on the order. She then got put on hold for 15 minutes. What’s worse was that we could hear conversations going on in the store, including the yelling match between employees yet nobody was telling my wife what was going on, wouldn’t even acknowledge that she was still on the phone. The manager was the one who delivered our food then proceeded to make excuses for the unprofessionalism of the employees. Now we have worked in restaurants before, so we understand things get a little backed up sometimes, but the level of disrespect to my wife was inexcusable.

Made a carry out order here, literally waited at the restaurant for an hour after the time it said it would be ready on the website, was told by an employee when we walked in it would be 10 minutes, again after waiting an hour we were told 10 minutes. Finally got fed up and went elsewhere.

We needed pizza for 40 and Dave, the manager in McPherson, was quick to help. He took care of our large order from placing the complicated assortment of pizzas to the execution of the cooking of our 14 pizzas. We showed up to pick things up a little early. There were still a few pizzas yet to be put in the oven. In the end, we left a few minutes later than expected, but no complaints. Everything was done well and we had a great party.

Food was hot, cheesy and so yummy! I ordered the cheesy bread sticks and an extra marinara. The young man that waited on me at the drive thru was very nice , friendly and made me feel welcomed! I sure appreciated his attitude!

I accidentally ordered a pizza in the wrong state. The cashier went above and beyond helping me place an in store order so I wouldn’t have to deal with the online ordering system again. I did get a chuckle out of the coupons that day as a pan pizza was $6 cheaper than the sale price of hand tossed or thin and crispy.

All together I would say that Pizza Hut is a good place But with their long wait times not good if you are in a hurry, Second their Prices are a little high for what they Are, at Domino’s I can get the same thing 20% cheaper. -Great delivery drivers-
