Quality and service has been on a steady decline for months, but tonight was an all time low. After wondering where our order was, asbit was passed the maximum estimated delivery time I check the trckwr on the webpage and it still showed “make.” Suddenly it updated to “MMM,” bypassing the delivery stage. When I looked outside I found the ice cold pizzas sitting on the step. No knock, just a dump and dash. Time to find a new pizza delivery option.

They don’t answer the phone. When I went to the store to place the order, they didn’t let me come in to pay. They didn’t even open the door. They kept it locked and indicated through hand signals I had to download their app to order, despite clearly having a counter and pay registers. Incredibly rude to not even open the door!

So service is hit or miss. Sometimes it is quick and easy. Other times, they say it ready, but when you go to pick up, it’s another 5-10minutes. Food generally taste good, presentation hit or miss. Had pizza cut all different ways, and had it over cooked before. Still good value for the money.

Drivers need to do their jobs properly instead of cutting corners and still expecting tips. The food should be delivered to the door, not left in the lobby. I live alone and just had a surgery, yet my driver Colin decided leaving it in the lobby was good enough!?

Literally sold me a pizza with no cheese and sauce on half of it and very little cheese on the other half….I have also received undercooked pizza from this location at least twice. I filed a complaint online and was told the store would contact me but that has yet to happen of course. We need to start holding these places accountable when it comes to quality control I paid for full pizza not whatever that was.
Update: I contacted support about a refund, they offered me a credit if I call the store before my next order but didn’t tell me how much it would be for. They never replied when I told them I did not want to order from this location again and wanted a refund rather than a credit.

This is the second online order I’ve placed with this location where I’ve ordered chicken alfredo BREADbowl that did not come in a bowl of bread. If I wanted pasta in an aluminum pan, I’d make it myself. Please take your time reading the order. If there’s a third time, I’m switching stores. Edit: And I would like to add that it barely has any sauce on it. Come on now…

Their delivery driver taslima added 10$ to the tip without authorization. When I called to complain to the manager, the shift manager was rude and had a lack of understanding as to why I was calling. Clearly had no business being in that position if he doesn’t have basic customer service skills let alone not take fraudulent charges from their employees serious.

I had placed an online order that included a pizza, some bread rolls, and two sauces. However, when I arrived to pick it up, I was only given the pizza. When I asked about the other items, I was told I had only ordered the pizza, which was charged at $18.01. This is frustrating, as I know I selected the full order, and $18.01 seems excessive for just a medium pizza.
