I love Dunkin’ Donuts!! But this location is very disappointing, I came a couple of weeks ago around 10am on a week day and they were sold out of all munchkins, pumpkin donut, Halloween donuts and two specialty drinks then I came back today and the lady working the window was super annoyed and wasn’t pleasant at all and all I ordered was a large brown sugar shaken espresso that tasted nothing like that and they forgotten my cold form. Just very disappointing wasting my time and money on at best mediocre service.

As a regular customer, I routinely put up with less-than-average service at this Mineral Ave, Littleton location, and the person at the window asking for a tip for simply handing me my donut!
But today was the straw that broke the camel’s back. Pulled into the drive-through, and a terse voice came over the speaker. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant, but they didn’t have any. They were “getting ready to make some”.
I asked for a dozen chocolate-covered donuts to take home, they didn’t have a dozen available. All this time the voice was unpleasant as though I’d interrupted something important inside.
I used to own sandwich stores; good management anticipates and prepares food in time so they don’t “run out”.
Since she said they’d have what I wanted in a little while, I said I’d come back. The annoyed voice simply said “have a nice day.”
That reads like the correct answer, and it mostly is, but the way in which it was delivered was rude. Again, this was the last straw; I will never go back to the Dunkin’ on Mineral Ave in Littleton.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. But for the sake of the review they at least get one. We went in to get breakfast this morning, and when we ordered the loaded hash browns the bacon was burnt. I’m not the type to complain about the food, specially since I’m choosing fast food. But the bacon look inedible. We came into the store to ask for a new one and encountered a very rude employee. Which come to find out it was actually the general manager. She quickly interrupted me when I was trying to explain that I got burnt bacon in my hash browns. Then she went on to get frustrated and yell at me about whether I wanted a refund or a remake. I honestly walked in there just to get a new one made, but because of how she behaved I ended up getting a refund. Which she didn’t even handle, she just told her other employee to help us. He was very dry and not friendly at all, but overall he helped us with the refund. I wanted to make sure I got the name of the manager, so I called and tried to get the information. The manager, same person who was rude to me answered the phone. She doesn’t provide her name, and goes to say that we already got a refund and hangs up. Thankfully, her name was on the receipt. Her name is Deba, the general manager of this Dunkin Donuts. I hope the company is looking at this review. She’s actively losing you guys money.

Terrible customer service by the manager on duty this morning. I placed an order and received a sour latte with spoiled milk. When I called the store to inform them the supervisor was very rude, did not try to do anything to rectify the situation and quickly hung up the phone. Shame on you Dunkin. You’ve gone downhill and will be the next chain closing down! Mark my words!

Dunkin must have heard us, because this is a whole new crew!! They get my orders correct ( constantly), quickly, and by the friendliest faces! This morning there was a line wrapped around the building- and my service was still wonderful and fast! Thank you!!!!

The GM is rude as hell. I went in to get 12 munchkins. I asked if there was any in there she said you can see them in there. When i bit into them there was not jelly in a few.
I called back a couple of hours later asking to speak to a manager.
A coworker asked: may i ask who’s speaking in a rude tone. I replied a customer.
GM Picks up the phone and I explained to her there is no jelly in a few of them. She said “they’re filled to the brim sweetie and told me I don’t know what else to tell ya.” I asked for a refund and she disconnected the call. I tried to call back but she disconnected the phone and blocked my number.
Very disappointing but I’m still trying to call the store and it goes to Voicemail so I’ll be going to corporate too.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I work for a major 501c3. Just wanted to talk about a possible donation of coffee and the manager was very Rude, short and hung up on me after 5 seconds. Unbelieveable. If you own this location, you may want to reevaluate you staff.

Whoever is the GM, Dm, Rvp of this location clearly is not engaged with their business. You all have failed miserable at this location. The service was horrible and rude. However walking into your lobby blew me away. I have honestly never seen such a gross entrance. All the glass inside hasn’t been cleaned in weeks as you can see the build up. The floors were sticky, spills everywhere, food all over. All trash cans were packed full. We had 4 people walk in behind us and all of them looked around in disbelief. Honestly this establishment wouldn’t pass a health code check right now. Sad to see such poor leadership these days.

Literally just came in to ask why the hash browns had burnt pieces and was greeted by the most disrespectful attitude as soon as walking in. I have never had someone be so hateful just by seeing me walk in. I’ve managed quite a few places and have had people come at me in different ways but I never lost my composure because all it takes sometimes is a little kindness. BUT this interaction was completely uncalled for. A woman was at the front I believe her name is Deba – was absolutely rude and said she was the store manager. No wonder there’s so many bad reviews when that’s how you treat nice people.
Came to get a refund because we don’t want the food if that’s how you treat people. Guy helping was fixing situation until he accused us of scamming. 0/10 – read the reviews and just don’t come here

I went in to buy jelly donuts today and they only had 8 left, and the cashier would only sell me 4 of the 8 remaining so there could be enough for other customers… been to Dunkin plenty of times when they haven’t had what I wanted.
