We had been in SVG for almost two weeks and hadn’t had roti so went here for that and had a lovely time. Food took a bit of time so be patient but it was busy with large tables ahead of us and when the food came it was really good. Service was good in the meantime, good music, and they made us rum punches no problem. We had the conch fritters (excellent), chicken roti (excellent and big), and catch of the day which was barracuda and very good as well.

I’ve been here 2 days in a row. First had the burger which was 7.4/10 pretty good and the chicken pea fries which were fantastic 9.4/10. Second day I had a curry chicken roti burrito which was really good too 8.3/10. The only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is because the food takes forever to come out. The first day around 2:30pm took about 45 min, the second day, took 1 hour and 15 min. Absolutely crazy. They weren’t even very busy.

Bungalow in Villa was the perfect spot for my birthday dinner. The seaside setting created such a calm, romantic atmosphere, and the place was spotless. The staff were polite and helpful and the food was absolutely delicious, definitely a 10/10! Fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The wine and cocktail selection was impressive. My only small issue was that our reserved table wasn’t fully ready when we arrived even thou we were on time, but everything else made up for it. A lovely dining experience overall.

I ordered a frozen margarita, fish with herbs, and cole slaw. We had confirmed the menu before leaving home. My wife had found a vegetarian option (chick pea fritters and a small salad) she was happy with. But when she tried to order it, the waiter said it wasn’t on tonight’s menu. My wife smiled and chose a large salad—the only vegetarian option left. The waiter gave us a kind smile, but that wasn’t going to make the meal more filling.

The best place for a good T-bone steak. I have returned again and again with good reason. The staff are really pleasant from the bartenders to the servers. The vibe is excellent.

We have the Breaded plantain fish, chicken tenders and Chicken Parmagiana. Food was very tasty, especially the plantain fish. The food did take a while to come out. The environment was wonderful and good customer service.

On my last full day in St Vincent, I was determined not to go back to Kingstown. Instead, to stay by my hotel on Villa Beach and overdose on the wonders of nature. Watch the magic of the ocean, the clouds changing shape, the sun appearing and disappearing and the slow appearance of the sunset. So therefore, when it was time for lunch (and I generally don’t have breakfast), I decided to also eat by the boardwalk. After conducting extensive homework, I chose The Bungalow. I was there just after they opened at 12 noon. What attracted me to this place was their unique appetizer list. I started off with the Chick Pea Fries. They were thick rectangular pieces, accompanied by a curry aïoli and a mango chutney. I had to wait about 35 minutes to get to my table. Nice texture and flavor. They were awesome.

Then I chose to have the curry sliders, essentially curried mutton with mango chutney. That took about 45 minutes to get to my table. By that time, I was restless and hungry. Anyway, the sliders were also super. There were three of them, very nicely, presented both the top and the bottom part of the mini bun were toasted with a little butter on top. However, the last two sliders each had a piece of bone in them…that would be OK, but the second one had a a sharp piece that was like an animal tooth. I’ve actually taken pictures of both and they are posted. I did make the server aware of it. I was kind of lucky because if I bit into it wrong, or swallowed at the wrong time, or forgot to chew, I could’ve really hurt myself.

Probably the best restaurant in St. Vincent.

The food was amazing the service was nice. Just a bit slow. But again. The best on the island in my opinion.

I have been here many times and have not had a bad meal. The food is spot on and the environment is laid back and the servers are all nice and friendly. The only problem is the excessively long wait time to receive our food. They should and could reduce that average time from 45-60 minutes to 20-30 max. It doesn’t matter if it is super busy or empty…be prepared to wait.
