Service got a 3 out of 5 purely because the staff was friendly. However the online ordering didn’t work so I took one star away and the employee who made my sandwich absolutely mutilated it. The bread looked like it was ripped and sat on. I ordered lettuce on the sandwich which I did not receive. All of the extra cheese I paid for was stuck to the wrapper when I opened the sandwich. Our other sandwich was in much better shape but the order was wrong. It was a number 9 which is a club with bacon. It didn’t have bacon which is the whole point of the club. It was just an all around bad experience. For 35 dollars for 2 sandwiches and 2 bags of chips I was disappointed to say the least. I could’ve went to a sit down at a diner for the same price. We won’t be back for a while. Worth the drive to Watertown until they get their feet under them.
my friend and i agreed that this was just beautiful service overall keep it up yall!
Don’t even bother if you have an allergy or restriction to order online. Best to go in person and helicopter-customer the people making your food. You’re better off gambling than trusting they’ll avoid contaminating your stuff when you’re not there looking.
either learn to read the orders, learn to make them right, or get better organization and less cross contamination. absolutely unacceptable. What a waste of money for a subway tasting-and-quality sandwich with less accuracy to the orders. At least they get them right.
