Food was very good. Staff needs more training on Food Allergies & Cross Contamination. Manager needs to learn how to respond to Customers questions without getting smart, “why does she want to know that”! After all I’m sitting 5 feet from you watching you cook, !

Parking lot was clean and the inside looked great too. We were greeted right away with a smile, and the service stayed just as friendly the whole visit. The bathroom was clean and stocked, which is always a plus. The food came out hot and tasted great. Before we left, they even thanked us for choosing Waffle House. From start to finish, we felt welcome the entire time. Outstanding experience!

Samantha is truly a gem and provides great service EVERY single time I come to this location. She is attentive, friendly and ensures her customers have a great experience. Other employees at this location could learn a lot from her. My husband and I dined in on the morning of 9/10/25 and Samantha was our waitress.
The downside of this visit was my waffle not being cooked all the way, was reheated in the waffle iron but was still “mushy.” Samantha made me a fresh waffle that was perfect. The other employees (based on my observations) could really interact with the customers more and not just with each other. Hire more “Samanthas” please.

New review on 08/08/25: I gave this location another chance & this time was so much better. Chloe, the server was amazing! And my food was very good! Previous review: I was the only one in the restaurant. After delivering my food, waitress did not return until she brought my ticket. She never asked me if I needed anything. My bacon was undercooked.While I was eating, another waitress replaced the napkin holder & sugar holder at my table, even though they were not empty.

I recently ate at this waffle house. I’m from out of state and ate here on a very busy Sunday morning. My server who’s name was Julia was amazing so very friendly and super attentive… Made my whole experience so enjoyable

The cleanest Waffle House that I have ever seen. Seriously. It’s not that being clean is bad. It obviously is not. It’s just not what I am used to walking into one. Usually the floors in other ones are either super slippery or very sticky. And this one smelled clean too. Not a complaint. Just not what I am used to with this chain.
