Guys, when I order a “Lemonade refresher” with less concentrate, I want a refresher, not diabetes in a cup. It literally tastes like liquid sugar… This is disgusting and unhealthy. I have ordered similar drinks several times from here and they always come out way too sugary. I am ordering through the app, by the way, which lets me select “less concentrate.” Enough with the unhealthy liquid sugar. Next time I order it and it comes out like that I am going to tell them to remake it. I shouldn’t have to write a review for something like this. Other than that, the employees are great and the food is usually pretty fast.

Always great service here. Drive thru is fast, counter service is fast. Coffee is fresh and hot. Donuts are always fresh. They always offer my dog a pup cup, which she loves!

Employees here are always super nice! If an order is incorrect, they will correct it immediately without any pushback. For people to say that they waited over 30 minutes is clearly an exaggeration to try and prove a point. If you had water for coffee (I doubt it) ask for another! They will oblige. There is not one restaurant that is perfect. But when that happens, give these people a chance to rectify and not just cry in a review. For those saying that takes too much time, you took the time to write a crappy review.

I have gone to this dunkin often to pick up orders and every single time the mobile orders are not accessible to pick up. No staff member will assist you they stand behind the counter staring at your while your wait to be addressed. Even if you ask if your order is ready seeing orders behind the counter half the time they say no until a few minutes go by and then hand out orders that have been sitting there. I have received cold orders multiple times due to this.

I received burnt loaded hashbrowns in the drive-thru. The whole top layer was so burnt it stuck together. No cheesy goodness. Do better! Don’t give people burnt food.

Asked for a side of chipotle for my wrap. Dunkin employee looked at me like it was impossible. She asked if I would like it directly on there instead. I said no, they always put it in a small cup on the side. She walks back, comes back with the “cook” to hand me my food with NO SIDE OF CHIPOTLE. Posting this in hopes that the girl who thought it was impossible to give me a side of chipotle figures it out that it’s not that hard. Good luck in life, there are much harder things to do but seems like you are going to have a hard life.

Went through the drive through today at 11:16am. My fiancé was trying to order and after every item the women taking our order said okay and told us the total, however we weren’t done ordering. She kept doing this, not allowing us to order anything else. After multiple attempts to try to get our order, we gave up because she didn’t respond through the headset. We pulled up, paid, both our coffees were wrong, and my fiancé received a black/burnt piece of avocado toast with bacon.
