The reason why I’m giving this rating is due to. I pulled up at 8:15 pay for my chicken sit there till 901. The cashier came and gave A car some chicken and then walked over to my car and told me she was out of chicken. I went and talked to the manager. She was disorganized and I explained to her as a store manager you supposed to know what type of merchandise do you have You do not let the customer sit there for over an hour and take her money and then give her a refund very unprofessional. They advertise 9.99 surfnturf combo side n soda. It’s posted, it’s up on the menu board. I would have taken picture ,didn’t think. I ordered thinking that what I read was what l was going to get, fries shrimp,chicken biscuit drink.. I was charged and asked the cashier why the price was more. ‘ you pay for drink and fries”, I said the sign reads 9.99, she gave me a look, to turned around, went back to making orders. Not washing hands. I wasn’t going to argue,I was hungry and tired and took my food and left. I went home and discovered that it was nothing but I ordered at what I was charged with look at the pictures look at the receipt. I received french fries and they printed two sides the biscuit was hard too. I would have gone back but I don’t think it was worth it to argue with the cashier or whoever she was I just like to know if I can get my money back or just discredit this store for their lousy customer service and overcharging, FALSE ADVERTISING

Very good but a bit pricey for a very small wrap. I thought i was getting a deal for 2 for $5 but I think it was more 1/3 or a normal sized wrap, and mostly tortilla. This was my first and last time at churches chicken.

Came here right after my doctor’s appointment. There was no line all the people working today on 10/9 around 140pm were amazing. My food tasted fresh and excellent service today!

I typically love coming here in the afternoon staff is usually good. Usually. Sandra always gives me and my kids A1 service and makes sure food is fresh. I came at 9:15 just to pick up a small order for my kids. The Manager in Charge Anna has a bad attitude. I get it you’re about to close at 10 but why would you drop and refry food that’s been sitting. Hard as hell tenders. On top of that I asked to split the payment which the kid working with her said was okay. She charged my card once and instead of telling me she tells the kid to tell me. Doesn’t even try to recharge. Called card while in line and said was activated and had balance. Because food was packed already I didn’t want to cancel order because my kids were hungry. Night experience is a 2/10 only a two because the kid working looked stressed and needed help and she kept belittling him like he suppose to know and do everything by himself.

absolutely bad customer service. the gal who took my order looked moody and made faces whenever I would ask about the choices of sides or chicken flavor and it would be nice if they could properly place my food in the bag, it almost seems like they just threw it into the bag. also, my biscuit looks like it had a bite taken off and then decided to sell it. the chicken and fries were great tho, im not complaining there, simply the bad mood and bad customer service delivered by their employees.
