I placed this order at 6:20 pm did not receive it until almost 2 hours later upon delivery the pizza was cold stiff one order of my wings were missing and the other wings were burnt to a crisp also the sauce was already opened. The quality of the food is just disgusting and if I could leave work to bring it back I would have l. Calling the store to complain did absolutely nothing for me I was practically rushed off the phone with absolutely no empathy. I am totally disgusted with the service provided I will never support this establishment again

Ordered a pizza for a 7 pm pickup. Left at 7:35 pm with no pizza. There were others there who had ordered a pizza for 6 pm pickup who had returned to see if their pizza was ready. It was not we were all trying to cancel orders but the guy running the front counter was overwhelmed and couldn’t figure out what to do. He just kept printing order stickers and putting them in boxes. Most likely for orders that would never be completed. It was a mess. I left because I needed to get dinner to my family and very few orders were getting done. There are no tables at this joint. It is carry out and delivery only.

Great pizza place, kinda hidden and small. Only for carryout and delivery. My order was made promptly after I placed my order online , tried the alfredo parmesan new pizza and was absolutely delicious. I’m avoiding marinara sauce because of heartburn and this is the perfect replacement. Not fan of marinara sauce anyways. The only thing I would change is making the crust a little less salty but still very good. Good job guys, recommended.

On December 12th, at approximately 6:30 PM, a Papa John’s driver, identified as Paul, delivered an order to our community. During this delivery, he inappropriately used company materials to leave a politically charged message on my vehicle windshield. This action, captured on video which is below, created an unprofessional and uncomfortable situation.
While we frequently order from this location and appreciate the service generally provided, this incident was deeply concerning. I contacted the store, where Niko provided prompt and courteous assistance. I also contacted the corporate office. Niko’s inquiry regarding the presence of a Democratic bumper sticker suggests this may be a recurring issue.
This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Papa John’s. I look forward to discussing this matter further with the General Manager at your earliest convenience.

Very shady spot. Pizza tracker said delivered, but no pizza. Called Keith 3 separate times. He knew the whole time they didn’t deliver it but made me waste time looking around the hotel.

Put some sauce on your pizza. I specifically requested extra sau e on both pizzas. But I think they did the complete opposite and went extra light on the sauce. I know that I’m going to be getting a mediocre pizza whenever I order from Papa John’s, but the lack of sauce makes me feel like I’m eating pizza dough with a sprinkling of cheese and very meager toppings.

We ordered 2 thin crust heart pizzas on valentines day. Delivery was on time & friendly.
We normally like their pizza, but this time, it was awful! As soon as we opened the boxes they just looked sad and like they’ve been sitting for a while.
We had to heat it up to eat it & it didn’t even taste good. Jack’s thin crust frozen pizza would have been better & we gave up on those years ago when, they changed their crust to cardboard.

Ordered two pizzas for pickup, received notification that they were ready. I drove over and the parking lot was full, a bad sign. Walked into a lobby of 12 people all waiting for food, told the worker I was here for pickup and he said “ain’t ready yet.” Okay… so I waited for over 20 minutes and literally only 2 people who were there before me had left. At that point I just left the store and chalked it up as a lost $15. I will not order from this store ever again. Thanks for wasting my time and money.
