What we ordered:
1.) Mango Magic 7.95 my husband said it was not very fruity he barely tasted the Mango or the Pineapple.
2.) Chicken and cheese Dillard $8.19 this was tasty and the dipping sauce was zesty.
They really need more help as they were slammed!

Craving for something fresh and light! I think my açaí bowl is prettier than the one on their menu enjoyed them very much (I was greeted promptly and my food came out piping hot. No issues at all though)

I recently revisited this place again. It’s improved a lot. The smoothies are very good. The service is also better. I would recommend that the prices and product descriptions be more easily visible while waiting in line. Otherwise, it’s great. Keep up the great work.

On 01/07/26 at 12 noon I Ordered 2 Island Greens extra sweet. I asked for the extra after she poured my cups and I’d pay for it and she told me no her district manager said she couldn’t do that and poured it out. I was going to pay for it but her attitude wasn’t good . On top of that ; my order wasn’t even sweet like I asked it to be. I come here a lot and this ladies customer service is horrible. May need to find another Tropical Smoothie to spend my money .

1/24236. Inaccurate hours. We were trying to get a smoothie first thing in the morning at 6:15am before an important event. We detoured 15 minutes because we figured it was a lighter option than everything else that was open. We ended up in the Starbucks next door and by the time we left there was still nobody.

The cashier rolled her eyes at us when I walked (3ppl). 1 person infront of us and told us it’s gonna be a 40minute wait to come back later. We went to Jamba juice instead. Jamba was very busy and we were in n out within 10 minutes

I walked in not expecting much—just a regular smoothie, like usual. But this experience was completely different. I absolutely loved the atmosphere inside the store, and Charles made it even better. He was incredibly entertaining, humble, and kind, even when I struggled to place my order. He walked me through everything and went out of his way to ensure I received the best service possible.

Paid over $35 for 3 smoothies and a quesadilla. The teenagers didn’t greet me when I walked in, very rude and insisted upon a tip for food not yet completed. Tipping is OPTIONAL and based on service and quality of which there were NEITHER. Took a long time to get my food and when I mentioned it, they laughed hysterically. When I got home and opened my squished quesadilla, there was no salsa. Took a bite and choked on plastic (kept photos as evidence). Smoothies were warm and watery. Called the place EIGHT times and no answer. Calling the health department and the bank for a refund. I nearly died choking on an object in my food. Will NEVER come back and I urge others never to eat here.

It’s 10:08 PM and the door is locked with no one in sight. Sign says they’re supposed be open till 2 AM and there were no visible signs near the door or windows stating otherwise. I really wanted my chicken chipotle club after a big workout too.
