Always order carryout, their pies are made well and as ordered. Just tried the jalapeno papa bites, they were generously cheesy but not overstuffed, not messy, and they were baked through. Store is clean, staff is great. One time a few weeks ago there was an issue with my order, but staff was transparent about the issue (they could have lied, I would have lol, but he was truthful and apologetic). Offered me a few options to make it right. I chose a refund and it was in my account that same day. Order always ready when the app says it will be, always hot even if I’m late to pick up. Papa Johns isn’t my favorite chain pie, but this is my favorite location. Open super late is a huge bonus since I work weird hours

Decided not to go back for a refund and just leave this review here for everyone. This is just DISGUSTING!! I ordered from this Papa johns last night… I was charged extra for cheese dipping sauce and never got it, my breadsticks were hard as a rock, and to top it all off my pizza came with a hair in it!! I tried calling back MULTIPLE times and kept getting an error message. I guess their phone operators are people from a call center… $55 in the garbage and no dinner last night for me nor my kids! I will NEVER eat from here again!

Ordered 2 pizzas and 10 count wings and it took them nearly 2 hours to deliver. 56$ not even worth it. Ordered bone-in wings and got BONELESS. 10$ for chicken nuggets. App said it was delivered at 9:11 so I called and the guy was so damn rude. Said it wasn’t even delivered. Finally got delivered at 10. And the guy who dropped it off was rude. Absolutely unprofessional. Never again. Pizza was lukewarm, not the worst quality but then again, after 2 hours anything tastes good. 1/10. Don’t recommend

Ordered at 7:34, watched the tracker until it said on its way ( which it said 20+ minutes early ) and went outside to wait knowing my apartments have no buzzers or way in. Sat there all the way from that time to when my delivery time frame was up at 8:30. I came in and called, he said he couldn’t reach the driver but he would get it to me with no other context. I said okay. Called 30 minutes later saying hey I never got it he says oh yeah the driver said he couldn’t reach you and left it outside. I had been in and out of the apartment waiting. There was never a pizza. As soon as I attempted to say this he gets rude and nasty “I’ll just cancel it I’ll just cancel it have a nice night” and hangs up on me. I was never hostile or anything I would have been happy to have it remade and delivered or at that point even came to get it. I work in food service and it’s never that serious to be mean to them, so I am confused why he treated me that way over their mistake I politely was trying to figure out. I didn’t deserve that and I won’t order here again after this experience.

I ordered a pizza from here and my boyfriend went to pick it up, my boyfriend took the total cost of the pizza, put a small tip and added the together as the total amount they were authorized to charge the card. I looked at my credit card and see I’m charged double what the expected total was, when calling up there they tried to say he essentially tipped the total of the pizza and tip and when he wrote the 2 together that he actually had tipped that. completely incorrect and they know that it’s incorrect, so the total of tip plus pizza and wrote the 2 numbers together and now that’s the tip?! That was the TOTAL YOU WERE AUTHORIZED TO CHARGE THE CARD, PERIOD. When we called they claimed they would reimburse the difference, but I haven’t seen anything yet and that they are going to block my number!!! Your the one that’s in the wrong and essentially stole from a customer. & Your gonna block my number when we were only calling trying to understand where the extra charges came from!! Totally upset and disappointed, very poor service. I would absolutely not recommend going here unless you want their employees to tip themselves whatever they want to.

This location delivered a pizza to my 9 year old daughter who was in the hospital for flu complications yesterday evening and they went above and beyond and sent her a brownie with a get well note!! We were so appreciative of their kindness it brightened my daughters stay. Thank you Papa John’s team!!

They are very quick. Ordering online is great because you get the coupon right there and you rack up points to get free pizza. And the coupons come all the time. I love their garlic sauce. They have so many different sauces too. To me Papa John’s is classic and delicious.

They sold me the oldest pizza they had sitting out and made me wait 15 minutes for it. If the crew doesn’t feel like making a new pizza just let people know, I would have gone down the street to a different pizza place. Never coming back

This location could not get order for 1/2 sausage, 1/2 pepperoni done correctly! There were FIVE (5) slices of pepperoni, sausage mixed in, and 1-1/2 pieces just plain cheese! This was on 14″ pizza!

Everytime I order I ask them not to put that huge hot pepper in the box. The juice gets on 1 or 2 slices no one will eat those. If I wanted hot peppers I would ask for them. And again I get the pepper and juice on this pizza, plus there is hardly any cheese on the pizza. It was a pepperoni stuffed crust pizza, but they forgot the cheese on half of the pizza.
