I never have had any issues with my food being incorrect or the workers being nasty/rude. To be honest I think this is one of the better spots.
Some ppl have a problem with the fact that they don’t open until 10:30 am exactly. But that’s the time they open so … Smh. Also some times I’m sure they may open 5 or 10 minutes late. But there’s probably a reason. I really don’t think they are trying to be mean or anything.
**I highly recommend the 5 dollar chicken bowl. As well as the soft warm biscuits and the coleslaw. It’s so yummy! . Also I think it’s like the number eight on the menu that’s really good too. It’s chicken tenders with two sides,a biscuit, and a drink. Plus it’s not extremely expensive.

I still don’t understand why so many bad reviews I just went there again, Today, Recently… And the workers were polite, professional, attentive, and friendly.The food was fresh and tasted good. I never have any issues when I go there. And I’m pretty confident that if I did. The employees would help to resolve them.
(I have gone in the morning and the afternoon.)

They say they open at 10:30 am, and there are several of us waiting outside to get in. The girl sees us and doesn’t open the door. It’s freezing cold, and she makes us wait outside until she decides to open the door. Very bad.

I’ve visited this KFC location twice, and both times were a complete letdown. The food was consistently underwhelming and nowhere near the KFC quality I’ve experienced elsewhere.
No greeting. No acknowledgment. Just staff looking at customers like we were an inconvenience. On my most recent visit, my 4-piece meal was missing the biscuit, and the chicken was cold and extremely dry…. It honestly tasted like it had been sitting out all day.
After driving 20 minutes and giving this place a second chance, that’s it for me. I’ll never return to this location. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first visit and went back a second time. I’m not gonna waste money by returning for a third visit. This is not just bad service… the food is terrible both times.
The restaurant was clean though so there’s that!

This KFC is ten times better than the one in Bloomfield. I do have to say the past couple of times I ordered from here they seem have to been a bit stingy with the fries. Other than that. It’s Good

Food is stale, don’t waste your money. If you do delivery- they can’t read an order. Just horrible. I mean it was buy one get 1 free but how can u attract more customers if you serve stale chicken?? Not rhetorical.

Ordered a famous bowl and the dish was sloppy ( to much gravy, little popcorn chicken and almost no corn). I mean how hard is it to get this order right? I absolutely love how the bag was sealed closed and my drink had a cover over the hole where the straw goes . Great idea. Keep up the great work.
