First was greeted by 2 guys that acted high or unwell sitting around. Was overcharged by $2.50 and when told the guy refused to refund my money. Told me to call tomorrow when manager was there. No answer when I called either time. Very disappointed. My sandwich was on sale, and trs I got double meat, but still should have gotten the sale price plus the double meat. Very disappointed in Subway.

This Subway is usually ok, although I haven’t been there in a while. Today was not a good experience. I definitely don’t recommend the drive thru. We got 2 sandwiches and they were all mixed up. The one that was supposed to be a foot long was a 6 inch and vice versa, wrong ingredients on each, sauce was a total mess, and the bread was dried out. It also took longer than I would have expected. I was very disappointed since Subway is costly these days and we threw a bunch of it out since it wasn’t what we ordered.

We placed an order for two sandwiches at 4:30. Received order at 5:06. Got home and opened my sandwich up. The paper it was wrapped in was stained with some sort of soy sauce. Filthy. My bacon wasn’t even cooked. Been going here forever, but no more.

I don’t usually write reviews, especially negative ones, but after several disappointing experiences at Subway, I feel obligated to share. My latest visit was unfortunately the final straw in a string of frustrating encounters that reflect a serious decline in quality, service, and cleanliness at this location — and possibly the brand overall.

To start with, the staff seemed completely disengaged. When I walked in, there was no greeting, no eye contact — just a blank stare and an impatient “what do you want?” The employees acted like I was inconveniencing them by being there. I understand that food service can be a tough job, but basic courtesy and professionalism shouldn’t be too much to expect.

The sandwich station was a mess. There were remnants of old vegetables, spilled sauces, and crumbs all over the counter. It looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in hours. The food containers were poorly stocked and what was left didn’t look fresh — wilted lettuce, dried-out cheese, and soggy tomatoes. Some bins were nearly empty or had food visibly mixed with other ingredients. It was genuinely unappetizing.

I ordered a simple footlong sub, and even that seemed like a challenge. The sandwich artist was either poorly trained or just didn’t care. Ingredients were haphazardly thrown on, the bread was smashed, and everything was sliding out by the time it was wrapped. There was no consistency or attention to detail, and the result was a mess that I had to reassemble myself. The portion sizes were noticeably stingy too — one or two sad slices of meat barely covered the bread, and the veggies were unevenly distributed. For the price, it felt like a ripoff.

When I went to pay, the card reader wasn’t working properly, and rather than offer a solution, the employee just shrugged. I ended up having to dig for cash while holding my poorly wrapped sandwich and watching a growing line of equally frustrated customers form behind me. The whole checkout process was disorganized and slow.

The dining area wasn’t any better. Tables were dirty, the floor was sticky, and the trash bins were overflowing. There was an unpleasant smell lingering in the air — not the aroma of fresh bread or grilled meat, but something stale and musty. It made me question the hygiene standards of the entire store.

The most baffling part is that Subway used to be a reliable option for a quick and decent meal. It wasn’t gourmet, but it was consistent. Lately, though, it seems like they’ve completely given up on quality control. The food is subpar, the service is indifferent at best, and the atmosphere feels more like a gas station than a restaurant.

What’s worse is that this isn’t a one-time incident. I’ve had similar experiences at other Subway locations, which suggests the problems go beyond one poorly managed store. It feels like the brand has lost touch with what made it successful — fresh ingredients, clean environments, and friendly service. Now it’s all cost-cutting, disinterested staff, and a general decline in standards.

Unless there’s a serious turnaround, I won’t be returning to this or any other Subway. There are simply too many better options out there that value their customers and take pride in their food. Subway used to stand for something better. Now it just stands for disappointment.

Decent Subway, but not great. The soda was flat out of the machine. The sub was good. Typical Subway style food. The bathroom was okay. I wish they would’ve had paper towels instead of a blower. Service was fast and accurate. Plenty of parking. I’d maybe go here again. Not a fan of flat soda.

The two ladies working there tonight (the green hair one and the old one with blond short hair) had me waiting in the drive-thru for 20 mins while there were no cars or customers in there. Both were just looking at their phones and standing there holding their jaws. Incompetent and lazy people shouldn’t have jobs. Both of them saw me waiting there and still chose to not acknowledge me, ended up leaving cause I couldn’t wait any longer.

Very good Subs, can get busy at times though! The lowest priced subs in the area. They accept Coupons and offer meal deals.

Asking for tips at a fast food place is not a thing. You shouldn’t be trying to make it a thing. It makes people want to visit less. Just pay your people and proce your products accordingly.

First time I’ve ever received a bad Subway sandwich. I always get the veggie delight, toasted with provolone. It’s always overflowing with crisp delicious vegetables. This sandwich has wilted wimpy vegetables and it’s mostly bread. I think the vegetables were cooked when the bread was toasted. Wilted hot lettuce is terrible
