Absolutely outstanding experience! The food was bursting with authentic Indian flavors — every dish was fresh, perfectly spiced, and beautifully presented. The service was equally impressive: warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. You can truly feel the passion in both the kitchen and the hospitality.
The bartender was excellent as well. We own Maya Cuisine, an authentic Nepali restaurant ourselves, and even with high standards, we genuinely enjoyed the dishes here. Highly recommended!
The staff kept checking on us and made sure we were comfortable. I especially loved how they asked if we wanted extra rice with our chicken curry (which was fantastic, by the way). The service was attentive without being overwhelming, and our order didn’t take too long either.
A special shoutout to Sneha and Laxmi as they took amazing care of us and made the experience even more memorable. You could really feel the warmth and hospitality.
The only downside was the payment system. The tip options were limited to 3%, 5%, or 7%, and when I tried to add a custom tip, it accidentally added $25 instead of 25% on a $300 bill. Since we were a group of six, i felt bad because the servers were great they deserved more. But since we will be visiting more we will definitely let them know about the payment system.
Other than that small issue, everything was wonderful. This place is absolutely a must-try if you’re looking for great food and genuine hospitality. I’ll definitely be back.
Staff was super awesome and friendly. Very nice and helpful with great recommendations.
We initially went to one of our favorite Indian restaurants, luckily they were closed, and now we have a new favorite!
It was our pleasure to eat at Masti! The salmon momo was the best Indian spiced salmon we’ve ever had! The Chicken Kathi Roll and Seekh Kabab Roll was out of this world—great spice and flavor. And Peshwari Naan, yes please! Sooooo yummy
Thank you!
We were a party of six with reservations, yet still waited about 10 minutes to be seated. From the moment we walked in, the place felt chaotic. Staff were running around with no organization, and while the servers were polite, they were far from professional.
We started with the puri puri. What we got was a soggy shell filled with a little potato and egg, topped with a cold, unappetizing chutney. Then came the fish pakora, which was honestly shocking — I took one bite and the fish was frozen solid in the middle. The batter was barely lukewarm. No apology, no manager, nothing. They took it off the bill but didn’t bring a replacement or check back. When we later told them to cancel the dish, they casually said, “Yeah, we didn’t make another one anyway.” Wow.
For entrees, we ordered chicken vindaloo (2), chicken curry (2), chicken biryani, tandoori chicken, and butter chicken. All were served with only two tiny bowls of white rice for the entire table. When we asked for more, they acted like they were doing us a favor: “Oh, you want more rice? We can bring you more. Don’t worry.” Very awkward.
We are not Indian, but we are Middle Eastern and Asian — very accustomed to spices and heat — and even the mild dishes were overwhelmingly spicy. Everything tasted overly salty, and all of our plates came out lukewarm, like they had been microwaved: hot on the outside, cold or warm in the middle. I honestly don’t think there was an actual chef in the kitchen.
Service overall was terrible. No teamwork, no refills unless chased down, and even the soda tasted off. The server said Coca-Cola, but it was definitely a cheap off-brand — flat, barely carbonated, and light syrupy.
Between the cold food, chaotic service, untrained staff, and mandatory 20% gratuity, this place was a complete disappointment. The “wild boar” on the menu was also strange — I’ve never seen that in an Indian restaurant.
Zero stars if I could. Would not recommend.
