I ordered online 2/27 10:23pm and requested no sour cream on my potatoes. I open the box (still at the window) and check to see and there is sour cream on my potatoes. I didn’t open the potatoes or anything and simply ask the guy if he could redo these because I asked for no sour cream. He proceeded to tell me that they can not take items back after they are handed through the window, mind you I didn’t open it or anything. And then I just asked if he would remake it for me because that’s not what I paid for and he just said no. Very disappointed because they have remade it for me at this exact location before. Better customer service is needed.

I asked for the nachos bell grande no beans no tomato….Got home and I have chips meat and sour cream…..not to mention my taco was like open in the bag spilled all over the inside of my bag…my daughters nacho fries were literally thrown in the bag and spilled out in the bag….i get it you hate your job…but lack of just care for other people’s food is sad…I paid for my food I don’t expect my food to be just thrown in a bag with zero cares.

My experience at the 19th ave location was far the best in town. (around 12:19am on oct. 3) Dominic greeted my husband and I with her sunny disposition. She made sure our order was complete and warm. It was such an amazing experience that I just had to post it. We need more people like this in the fast food department. She deserves a raise.

Always get my order wrong. Hard tacos are now soft tacos. Food gets cold very quickly. They always forget to put sauces in the bag. Ordering ahead does nothing. Worst t bell ever been to. Garbage.

I usually only come for breakfast and really enjoy the crunchwrap. The people helping are good all around the board and the food i get is always made fresh as well as hot. Love this specific location.

My son and I enjoyed the new limited $7 box. We both ordered an extra item, so for us to be full, we spent about $24. Not too bad considering we spend closer to $30 at other fast food chains to fill him.

i’ve given you guys so many chances and try to be a loyal customer cause i get it, but this is the THIRD crunch wrap supreme i’ve gotten, and i always add extra NACHO cheese. and they ALWAYS SEEM TO FORGET THE MEAT AND THE CHEESE. Tried going through the drive through two times on two separate days, but each time I pre placed the order so it would be ready when it got there and both times I didnt get my food because the line was very slow. Probably 20 minutes per vehicle.
