The service on 10/25 was a JOKE. Unapologetic, dude didn’t care, didn’t help or offer any solutions at all. The cashier saw my order saw that the ap was glitching and he SAW that the money came out of my apple wallet. All he could say was “I can’t make the sandwiches” He said he can’t make the sandwich unless the order comes through the register- you throw tons of food away- you’re not going to come up short LOL. The person who owns this business- if you think the ap is sending orders to a different store- do your job and work it out with the other store. I’d be embarrassed if I owned this store. Your inability to work this out on your own is lazy. I don’t work at subway it’s not my job to sort out your customer service issues. If I paid for my food and ordered it from your store- then you MAKE THE FOOD. This embarrassing. And your cashier said he sent four other people to get their food from a location that they didn’t order from. JOKE WHAT A JOKE.

Complained to my friends and it turns out nobody comes there anymore because of this trash and if they order in person it takes forever because your workers move in slow motion.

Also I tolerated my food being made incorrectly missing toppings, skimping on toppings, literally skipping the sauce and not telling me they were out and offering a different option on the side.

Hands down the worst sub I’ve ever had from subway. Extremely old and nasty tomatoes. Brown lettuce. Bacon tasted like it was sitting in grease for days.

Mild on ice! Long story short i have gone there 3 times over the last 4 or 5 months and every time I went to get ice there are black dots. It is from the ice trays not getting cleaned ever. I told them the forst time I saw it and they said they would take care of it. Went back and it was worse. Please do not get fountain drink here

Be careful ordering from this Subway for pickup. They will swap out different meats on subs that they “don’t allow coupons for” when you have ordered pickup in the app. The Subway app will let you order, take your money, the store will accept the order… but this store decides when they make it whether they are going to honor your sub choice. I showed up and they handed me a completely different sub and said they don’t take that coupon. They did not change the price or give me the difference.

They also sold me a large drink with no straws stocked. They literally took my order for a drink without saying a single word about it. Then they chuckled when asked about straws and said they were out of stock. I just kind of stared at them…

Sure, ok. I took it all in stride but I won’t be coming back to this store. I live in the area and walk to several of the food places at the hub for lunch often. There are far too many decent places to get food.

Another note –
I’m not waiting 10 or more minutes while endless online orders are made on an uneventful Wednesday night. Only one person working at all times. Going to stop bothering and go to Jersey Mike’s or Jimmy John’s.

Just came out for lunch, female worker did not speak any English. We got 2 meatball sandwiches, toasted. The meatballs were cold as ice, so gross. We didn’t notice until we sat down and we do not have time to go back. Beware – it took her 20 minutes to get our order right, we were being patient, what a waste of money

Food was made incorrectly, and when I went in to get my money back, the only person working did not speak English. I used a translator app she understood but could not give me the name or any information about a manager or owner. Until I said policia. Then, all of a sudden, she called the manager, who spoke English, and was able to tell her to return my money (with rolling eyes). I won’t visit that Subway again.

Not actually a terrible store. It’s clean and the food is good. But we JUST left this store after waiting for 15 minutes to have our sandwich made and we left empty handed. The sandwich artist took his sweet time with the two people in front of us, and then dropped a sandwich. I appreciate wanting to do your job properly, and that sometimes you have picky customers, but this wasn’t one of those times. Frankly it was a ridiculous, frustrating experience and I am not planning on going back.

I go to subway almost everyday because my kid loves it. Sometimes in the morning sometimes in the afternoon. And the two ladies mornings and afternoon are amazing. Always so friendly and willing to help. Even if they are having a bad day ( I present one time a bad moment ). I just hope they are getting pay enough. gracias ladies for the great service
