I go to lunch here a couple times a month and the place is great… The pizza and grinders are excellent…. But don’t overlook their Mexican menu because thats where they excel… I have had the tacos, burger, burritos, grinders , and the pizza…. Its was all great …. I keep going back the place is like a drug it just becomes addictive…. When u go get the burrito with red sauce…. Or any grinder…. My mouth is watering just thinking about it…. So so good….

Amazing Pizza. Nachos were mid. We also go for the pizza tho. Service is decent but not over the top good. They need to pull the carpet up and get a different type of floor covering. It’s sticky and smells of old beer.

Food is amazing! The portions are huge. Staff are professional. Quick service. Ordered food for carryout. Started eating before pics. The one pic is the bottom of the steak grinder. The bread is so delicious I had to show the bottom as well! Highly recommend!

This place will never be recommended out of our family, We have been coming to this establishment for 3 years now to get there 99.99 party pack subs for our family christmas party always loved until this time! They ended up charging a 81 year old lady over 200 dollars which is bullshit! People didnt get our order right i guess but shame on them never again will we be back!

This was one of the worst experiences ever of any food place I’ve ever gone to.
First of all, I had to go to a bar to pick up the “subs”. This was kind of strange and not being a bar person, I don’t really think I should had to go in to a bar in order to get my subs. But anyway, gross atmosphere. No where near as gross as the food we were sold. No cheese on the subs, nasty yellow tomatoes, bread was not baked and the steak was like ground meat for a pizza. False advertising and embarrassing to the brand for sure!
When I called them for help, the woman on the phone told me that that’s how the food looks when it sits for a while. Like what? I just ordered and picked it up 15 minutes later. I asked for a refund, she said she couldn’t. I asked to speak to the owner and she took my # but of course they didn’t call me back.

The Italian sub picture is attached. I didn’t get to take a picture of the steak before it was in the trash.

Don’t waste your high hopes, time or money!

Never again at monroe location..first time I ordered pizza for take out it was wrong but they caught it so I waited for them to remake. Bartender was nice and gave me a free beer while I waited …2nd time no issues .3rd time again I called for pu at a certain time ..got there waited for 5 for help. The waitress checked said they were cutting it now..waited atleast 5 or more minutes.they give me it but i thought it looked to small so i check .not my order. Waitress didn’t know so not her fault she was just trying to help. I order a beer been now 15 min past my pu time .Bartender remembers my order and goes to check but in all was atleast 25 min past my pick up time. Bartender and waitress were great ..someone said it was taco tues ..ok so u can’t do a large pizza in-between that was called in a hour before.. pizza and breadsticks are really good.. no parking had to walk a block and service will have me driving out of my way to another location

Ordered 2 steak grinders one without tomato and other no mushroom . Get home after driving 40 minutes and both were made incorrect not to mention it wasn’t even steak it was hamburger or some other crumbled up meat and barely any of this magic meat . They were not busy at all no reason for such a big mistake . This establishment is normally phenomenal so I’m going to have to place blame on the cooks . Only reason I’m giving it 1 star is because we ordered a pizza grinder as well And my son enjoyed his grinder . Very upset as Mancinos grinders are GRReeeeaaaaTTT .
Did call and Manager Scott offered 2 free steak grinders on my next visit . Letting customers know to check their orders before they leave and make sure order is properly made and with the correct meat .

I thought it was funny when I tried to order thru DoorDash, mushrooms were NOT listed on an Italian grinder, so I went to the website, and still, no mushrooms.

I make the order,pickup my food and come home and what do I see? MUSHROOMS!

You guys are seriously going to kill someone putting something that’s a common allergy due to the mold in it.

There are effective methods to manage pests, such as maintaining cleanliness around your establishment and regularly spraying the patio to mitigate such occurrences. To claim that “bugs were not present on the food during the cooking process” is somewhat amusing. Regardless, if we are dining outdoors and bugs are on the food, the courteous response would be to offer a replacement and suggest we eat inside. Unfortunately, I was not offered this option and was left to pay for the meal.

Furthermore, my children have allergies to bees, yet your waitress suggested we bring the contaminated food inside and eat it. Do you recognize how absurd that sounds? I did not imply that she was rude, but rather that she was dismissive regarding the issue at hand. As regular patrons, I can recall several instances where your waitress displayed a poor attitude, which is equally concerning.

It is disheartening that, as the owner, you would not review the camera footage to assess the incident objectively and instead assume your staff is correct while dismissing the customer’s account. I have heard numerous negative comments about your establishment, so I am not surprised by your response.

To instruct us to consume food that had been contaminated by insects, without offering any form of compensation or acknowledgment for the situation, is unacceptable. Consequently, we will not be returning. Your lack of professionalism in addressing this matter is alarming, and I will be forwarding this incident to the health department due to the potential endangerment of minors.

We have lost all respect for your establishment, and it is regrettable that you have chosen to handle this matter poorly. I urge you to reconsider your approach to customer interactions, as labeling customers as dishonest is a serious misstep.

I feel a deep sense of pity for the employees and their behavior exhibited within the workplace. It seems they lack the essential problem-solving skills necessary to navigate such situations effectively. Addressing the issue at hand should be instinctive, as it is fundamentally a matter of common sense.

I can understand how confusion may arise, particularly if one is under the influence of substances that impair judgment. However, as adults, it is disheartening to observe a lack of direction or aspiration, which can hinder personal growth and motivation for a better future.

While their negative attitudes do not go unnoticed, it is more sorrowful to realize that they have not advanced in their lives or pursued opportunities to achieve their goals.
