Horrible service, zero concept of what they were doing. There were 4 groups waiting, 2 of them had food ready “supposedly” to just pick up. Both picks up were ready but both were back within minutes. Complete wrong orders. There was a lady that waited, bless her, for 35mins if not longer for a 2 cheeseburger meal. Some left, some stayed as they paid already. I hear the lady who had been there the longest, served her food last, say, ” please just save yourself the, keep the money, because I have zero time to wait anymore. I will never wait again” and walked out . The kids laughed when she left thank God. Hopefully they read this. I will always give another try. So I will update once I decide to.

There are days the employees are great and days you feel as though that person should not be in customer service.

The restaurant consistently undersizes their meals. Order a large meal, always get a large fry but a medium drink.
A medium drink belongs with a medium meal. A large drink belongs with a large meal, figure it out.
The worst part is their system appears to be set up this way so the receipt shows it’s a large meal, but separately shows medium drink. So when you bring it up to the employees that you ordered a large meal, they point to the receipt saying “it says medium drink.”

Waited 30 mins for our food and it was ice cold, plus the hair on our tray we did ask for.

When I went to this location I placed my order and went up to the first window. There was nobody there and I waited for a few minutes. I thought that maybe I just needed to pay at the next window since by the time I rounded the corner the car in front of me was at the second window. I moved up to the next window and was met by a lady who opens the window looks at me then tells me I was supposed to pay back there when I went to had her my card. I told her when I was there that nobody was at the window. She took my card walked away for a while. She finally came back to the window gave me my card, food and said nothing before closing the window.

The fries are always over cooked and they often don’t give you the monopoly packaging to spite having it. My husband’s had to go back in 3 separate occasions and ask for the monopoly pieces.

My son like most kids is in love with the mini McDonald’s toys. This location will thankfully sell extras of just the toys. The lady today made sure to grab different numbers for my son after mentioning he collects all things “mini” .
There was a younger employee I asked first about the toys and although he wasn’t aware he was able to sell just the toys, he offered to get a manager and was incredibly polite.
Both my visits the last week have had excellent service, food and clean restaurant. They earned the 5 star review. By far my preferred location to get a happy meal for my kids and a Diet Coke for myself. No Diet Coke is better than the one you get from McDonald’s!

As bland and cold as the exterior of the restaurant is as bland and cold as the customer service and atmosphere inside. When you go inside, you have to put your order in on a kiosk. You don’t see employees — very impersonal, cold, unwelcoming, robotic. Those are the best words to describe going inside this location.

Last week I came to this location for lunch. They gave me a plain burger, 1 burger patty instead of a double cheeseburger only ketchup. Today I had to wait along time for a breakfast sandwich and apples. The sausage McMuffin comes with cheese but there was no cheese. I don’t go to McDonald’s often but when I do at this location the order has never been correct.
