Gave y’all a chance last night, haven’t had pizza hut in months because the last few experiences was awful. Mostly get it cause kids want it. Last time there was hard under cooked pasta all around the edges of the bowl ( barely any sauce), and the thick pan pizza (that is an extra $1), that used to have the crispy bottom crust, that we all loved growing up, taste nothing like it use to, even the sauce taste differen, and no extra cheese, even though requested/charged for it ($2.99). This time the bacon cheese sticks was burned and hard, and the tavern pizza was cooked a bit to long, and burned all around the edges. For around $60 we was just very disappointed. But after so many tries/chances, we know now to just go to Domino’s…..lol

Gave yall a chance! Nasty, one & done! Last time eating there! Food sucks! Customer service sucks! Found a strand of hair in my pizza, called and was told “ I don’t know what to do, I don’t know how, we all have hair nets on” WHAT DO YOU MEAN???! … & FYI NO ONE HAD A SINGLE HAIR NET ON wish I’d read the reviews beforehand! SLOW AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Was told no refunds and tried to argue me down!

The food is half-azzed and so is the front counter guys ( hunters) listening skills despite this being my second time coming here. The sauce was definitely put at the bottom and shook.I have to wait another 10 minutes for them to get my order correct and it was still wrong.

This is my first and last time ordering from the Anniston Pizza Hut. I ordered a medium supreme pizza. The toppings looked like they were placed one by one ,so none were stacked. The meat portions were laughable. The marinara was non existent. When I called back the manager was rude and clueless. I just wanted what I paid for.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Manager on duty on February 11, 2023 @ 5:00-6:00 was VERY RUDE. Continuously hung up in our face when we were trying to tell them that our food was UNDERCOOKED!!!! TWO WORDS, FOOD POISONING. Then they expect us to DRIVE 30minutes back to get a refund or remake it. Do they not realize how much gas is out here. The audacity is beyond me. Will not be going back there again!! But corporate, district manager, & the GM will hear an ear full about this because the service was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!! Every one of them will regret the day that they ever treated us like this!!

I placed an order via app for curbside pickup from the Quintard Ave store in Anniston, AL. After arriving, my order wasn’t ready. I waited 10 min past the time my order was ready, but no one ever brought my order to my car. I finally went inside and observed an employee lying on a bench inside the lobby. Another employee was behind the counter. I told her I’d been waiting for my curbside order, to which she asked my name, got my order and I left. No apology for the wait, no explanation etc. I was appalled that there were two employees on duty, but one couldn’t be bothered from her lying down to bring an order to a customer. It was very unprofessional and unacceptable.

This was an absolutely atrocious looking pizza. They partner with Doordash now apparently so I don’t know who’s fault it was but I’m pretty pressed. Pizza took about 45 minutes to arrive and once it did, upon opening it, we discovered HALF the pizza was smashed to the back of the box. Unacceptable. ♂️
