Love coming to this Starbucks. Barbie made my drink and it was amazing!! She always makes my drink so well. The service is amazing and I’m always welcomed as soon as I walk in. They truly make me feel like family. Food is great.

I was in the area and quite close to this location so I ordered ahead on the app for pickup. I did have to wait a little for my Matcha Frappe with mocha line-the-cup and when it was ready I was not impressed as it looked messy and unappealing. One sip confirmed this as the drink was drowning in mocha and the matcha was a very dark shade of green.

When I spoke to the cashier, she told me that the mocha in the cup had blended with the drink; however, I have ordered this before at another location and this was not how it is supposed to look or taste! The barista was just too heavy handed with both the matcha powder and the mocha sauce! I requested a replacement drink without the mocha which the cashier assisted me with. Unfortunately, my drink this time around was not at all creamy and still a very dark shade of green. It was not tasty but I brought it home and put it in the fridge. Four days later it went right in the garbage. What a waste.

I stopped going to this location because the drinks were always disappointing. I started going to the drive thru one in sample and university, which is by far the better option. However, today I got an iced pumpkin cold brew from the walk location, can’t say I was surprised but the drink tasted like sour water with a hint of coffee. And unfortunately the full drink you see in this picture was dumped out, wasn’t drinkable and a complete waste of money. Not surprising but will never give this location another chance. Expensive drinks for poor quality and care.

I have been a regular at this location for a few years. I used to bring my dog, Luna, there pretty regularly, to the point that some of the staff recognize us. 2 months ago, she had to be put down unexpectedly and I made a stop there for her last pup cup. It was so heartbreaking but my regular barista and the manager, Gladys, were there. They were so empathetic and knew exactly how hard this was for me. I went back about a month or so after and they gifted me a gift card with a sweet message. I wish I knew everyone’s name but right now I only know Gladys’. The staff here is absolutely amazing and have always taken care of us regularly but I needed to highlight this moment because they deserve the credit. I could not speak highly enough of them and I hope they see this.

The staff was amazing. I was greeted and helped by Kecelaine who was the sweetest ever. She was patient and kind and helped me to decide the perfect drink for me. This is the first time that I have ever felt welcomed at a startbucks. I stopped going to startbucks for a while because the one on commercial and university were so rude but going to the one on 2800 n university changed my mind. Kacelaine is a great asset to the company. She deserves much recognition!!!!

I had a frustrating experience at this Starbucks location. Despite having spent tens of thousands of dollars at Starbucks Establishment overall and a significant amount at this particular store, I was denied a simple request for a cup of ice. I approached the staff member, Danielle, and even showed her my app where I had just spent over $25 today. However, she refused to give me the cup of ice, claiming it was a decision made by her manager. When I asked for her manager’s name, she simply said, “It’s all online.”
I would suggest choosing a different Starbucks location, as this one lacks proper management and quality customer service.

Not a good location. There is always a huge line and they take FOREVER. sometimes I’ll wait for 20 minutes to get my drink. Last time I waited forever to finally get my coffee, got outside to realize the oat milk they gave me was bad. Went back in to get it remade with almond milk instead. Told them the oat milk was bad and they were just like “ok” and didn’t even check the product?? Gross.

Entering in restaurant with no one in line, but me waiting to be greeted and addressed stood 5 to 10 minutes without acknowledgment. Only Caucasians that walked in were greeted after me after standing without being acknowledged, I decided to leave still without being addressed I would say that this location has a racism issue and it needs to be investigated! Never got an opportunity to order.
