Decent food that’s a little bit pricey for what you get. I was discussing it with Mom and a friend. We were saying how much everything has gone up. I said the example of eggs. They’re high now because they’re cage free.
The service was great. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. Can’t find any fault there.
The decor and overall state of the place could use an update.

The atmosphere and service was really nice. My waitress was friendly and attentive. I tried the strawberry lemonade and it was great. I got the fish and chips for lunch and that wasn’t too good. The fish was chewy and didn’t taste that great. They let you choose if you want to wear your mask or not!

Went here yesterday. Waitress asked if I wanted mayo on my hamburger. Said yes. Came with nothing on it. Had water with lemon never came back to see if I wanted more. The hamburger had no flavor at all. Was so disappointed.

Food was served promptly. Orange juice is fresh. Service if great and kind. Very clean and well decorated. Ty staff for making my first visit a nice experience.

Perko’s has been a local staple of Modesto breakfast for decades. You can’t go wrong with their chicken fried steak. The people that work here are amazing and the food is always exactly what you would expect. Definitely worth stopping in for breakfast

We went to celebrate a birthday, multiple groups. They were very nice and hospitable. Most of us got breakfast, but at least one of us got a lunch meal. They were prompt and understanding. We had a toddler that spilled a drink and they were quick to help clean it up. We all had a good time.
