Went through and got food and coffee for my family. No other customers waiting, 3 employees working. Was greeted very rudely by the thin lady with the gray hair. She was very defensive as if I expected my large order right away. I pull up to the front and go in to pick up my order and my food is smashed into the bag, donuts tasted stale, and coffee was like hot water with cream and flavor shots. Won’t be going back, this one gives dunkin a bad name.

This place is consistently getting worse and worse and I don’t blame the workers a bit.. so many times they have only ONE employee that is struggling to take care of everything alone in the shop. Constantly giving medium or small drinks instead of the paid large and missing orders!

If i could give ZERO stars this would be the chosen rating!!! It took 15 (NO LESS) to get 2 hot coffees a med refresher and an ice latte.!!!! The car behind us left the line because it was taking a obnoxiously long time… this with no line as well as one customer in the dining area. We counted 5 employees (could have been more) but FIVE. The window employee had less than acceptable customer service and heres the best part…… ice latte was warm n 2 out of 4 drinks were made incorrectly. DO BETTER ORRINGTON!!! $23 down the toilet.

I’ve been coming here for years and I’m done with this location. In the years I’ve been going here I’ve seen several complete employee changes. One is worrying enough but after this many it’s obvious the problems come from the GM or Franchisee. After chasing away any worker capable of dealing with the terrible business practices, we as customers have to deal with the consequences along with paying regular price for poor quality products and long waits.

Drive thru was super slow for the time of day. Almost 15 min wait time for 2 drinks is a little egregious. Granted there were 3 people ahead. The one person literally had 3 drinks and it took me forever to get it to her. Kind of disappointing.

They will only wait on one car at a time, so I sat at the ordering menu for 17 minutes this morning. If it wasn’t for prepaying on the mobile app for my order, I would’ve left. On top of that, they always forget an item. Every single time.
