Haven’t been here in at least a year because where I was living doesn’t have Bukkakoos. I don’t know what happened to this place but the quality was not the same. A complete waste of time and money tonight. Ordered nachos and the guy placed maybe 15 chips in the togo container and the images are after I requested more nachos. And they overcharged — somehow nachos without any protein is $13.63 when the website explicitly stated $10.19. I won’t be returning again.

Food is always freshly prepared with quality ingredients. Also like the various menu options so we never get tired of the choices, although we always get the same things lol. We ordered online for pickup which was easy and quick. Food was ready when we got there.

Wow this place is amazing. Not only was the recommendation they made amazing but they also brought the food to the table when it was ready. The food was so good that I forgot to take a picture of my tacos before I devoured them. There are so many base and meat options on the menu to choose from along with tons of toppings. I ordered shrimp salad bowl from the Park Ridge store today. My salad bowl was about half filled. The portion is small. The guy at the counter was not friendly. The salad does taste good.

I had such a great experience at the store today because of Isch. She helped me and was incredibly kind and made the whole visit truly enjoyable. You could tell she put a lot of care and effort into what she was doing, my burrito was absolutely delicious. I really appreciated the attention to detail and friendly service she gave to us. I’ll definitely be coming back!
