While visiting Butler, PA from Illinois, I ordered Fox’s Pizza off of a recommendation from a really good friend. I was so impressed with their food! When we ordered, we spoke to a super nice guy who offered us extra sauces, and when we got our food, it was fresh and delicious! Highly recommend the hot honey pepperoni pizza!! It’s made it to my “must-have” list when I’m in Butler!

Don’t order the chicken rancher from this pizza spot. The owner himself doesn’t know how to assemble it it came with mayo tomato and lettuce. It says know where on the website or menu the wedgie has these ingredients. When called to speak to the owner he debated us. And the only answer we got was “sorry”. I had to hang up.decided to call back and continue a conversation the owner in an irritated manner said he would refund the money and that we now have a wedge “on him”. He did not refund the money and my significant other doesn’t eat those toppings. I need to call papa John and order something for her now. Thanks FOXS

The cheesy bread was delicious but yet the crust for the Pizza needs some work to make it a bit better.
The crust was crewyy and not thin as well. The wait time was a good time as soon as we were there it was already ready and warm.

I placed my order ahead of time, right when they opened for a 5:45 delivery. Pizza didn’t show up until 7pm. They never called to let me know that my order would be late. When we called to check on the order at 6:10 they told us it would be another 30 minutes and that they got really backed up (even though I requested this delivery time as soon as they opened???). It was actually another 50 minutes after we called that it was finally delivered.

This was ridiculous. We ordered 4 pizzas at 7:37pm. It was not delivered until 9:56pm. We called the manager and he stated at 8:45pm that it would be there in 2 minutes. It in fact was not. We then called back at approximately 9:20pm and the same manager told us it would be there in 30 minutes. Not to mention the man that took our order (which we believe was the “manager”) could not get the order right without repeating it 3 times. The delivery driver gave us half off (because it was not her fault) and she was very nice about it. We tipped her well but this is absolutely outrageous. We live 9 minutes from this location, so there is no reason for it to take almost 2 1/2 hours.

I ordered a large pizza and as I was eating it I found a big long hair baked into the crust. None of the employees had hair coverings on and there were men with long beards that were not covered. I am thoroughly disgusted with this pizza shop and will never order from there again.

Around 6:22 tonight I called to place an order and I had to wait an hour and 10 minutes I bought an order of a large order of buffalo chicken wings and a large order of fries with two packets of ranch dressing I believe half of my fries were eaten that’s why I had to wait an hour and 10 minutes cuz the driver ate half of my fries and I didn’t get a receipt either
