I ordered on the drive through about 11:30. The guy didn’t take my order right I ordered my taco no lettuce and my chicken sandwich no mayonnaise. Well it was all wrong. I didn’t know this till I got home. I had to ask twice for mild sauce. Then I waited for 20 min for my food and then had to go in for mild sauce. I had to throw my food away. Can’t have mayonnaise. I ordered it without it for a reason. The kid was not friendly at all.

Took 15 min to get a drink after going thru drive thru forgot to get a drink so ran in quick took 15 min to get that and then got the new twister because I was pumped they brought it back and the inside of the chicken like the actually chicken meat was crunchy… absolutely disgusting. STAY AWAY FROM ALL FAST FOOD CHICKEN PEOPLE.

Everyone seemed so slow. It’s suppose to be fast food I waited 40 minutes to get my food tonight and I was still missing an item. There were 7 people working tonight and there were multiple people leaving the line because it took so long. This is ridiculous.I only really went there for nacho fires and they were forgotten. I understand it was busy but when someone is stuffing their face while putting together orders that’s very disgusting.

I’ve ordered from KFC quite bit, maybe 1-2 a month for the past nearly 18 months. Each and every time I order there is an issue.

Typically I order through the KFC app. 99% of the time, the chicken type distribution is wrong (e.g. I order “dark meat” but I get white meat) and I typically call to receive some correction. This time I’m appalled because the one time they got the chicken right, it comes soggy (skin separated in chunks in the wet bucket, lots of moisture trapped in the bag ) and without the four sauces I ordered that are listed on the digital receipt AND the one taped on the bag. KFC is the only place that I haven’t seen really optimize and update their to-go packaging. The plastic traps the heat and encourages everything to sweat. They could take a note from places like Rick’s Famous Burgers in Utica.

Additionally, as someone who was a Door Dasher and is a consistent customer, it’s disappointing that they don’t check the food when packaging and giving to customers. I NEVER see the list checked off or the name of the team member who reviewed the food while packaging.

My delivery driver wouldn’t have been able to check for the sauces anyway because of the safety packaging (which I do appreciate as someone who gets delivery).

KFC in general has gone down in quality in general over the years and it’s things like this that are particularly disappointing. Spending $90 only to be disappointed because the condiments weren’t there is irritating. This could have been easily avoided with a simple check of the bag. Maybe if they did that, I would have gotten my full order without the random drink I DIDN’T order.

On a positive note, I truly feel like the attitude and demeanor of the employees has improved over the last few months. I don’t go inside often but the newer people I wasn’t familiar with before have been very polite upon entry into the store.

I hate how slow this restaurant is I hate how slow the employees are to help customers and the manager says he’s hiring but I’ve had family members tell me they’ve had interviews with the manager and wasn’t hired either this store needs new management or needs to be shut down

Went through the drive thru and ordered two big box tender meals. Got the 2 sides that come with it for the one meal but not the other. Didn’t realize it until I got home and had to drive back to the restaurant. Went inside and immediately it smelled completely unsanitary in the the restaurant as if they never clean the kitchen or restrooms. Then I patiently wait at the counter to tell them the issue and after 5 minutes of waiting I asked the girl opening nickles and counting them into the drawer if they could help me. Strange that they were counting change in the drawer at 5:30pm during the evening dinner rush. I got the two sides but by the time I got back home my chicken was cold.

I ordered dinner here. They forgot the French fries that went with a meal I ordered. So I went back through drive thru & they gave me the fries. I ordered the Nacho Fries Box with no beans on the beefy 5 layer and no chicken on the chalupa. Well, they did the opposite. Gave me beans on the 5 layer & chicken on the chalupa. I was already home at that point (10 minutes away) so I didn’t go back to the restaurant so they could fix my order. This is my first time writing a review about my experience but it has happens 90% of the time when I order food from here.
Service staff should take into consideration that some people have dietary needs and/or allergies which is why items are ordered a special way.

The place was filthy. Two soda spills and no wet floor signs. The cashier , Joe, was miserable. He had zero customer service skills. He didn’t hear our no lettuce on the tacos. When we went to get them fixed we were told it would be 15 to 30 minute wait. He acted disgusted that we were going to wait for them to be corrected. They were out of receipt paper, paper cups and lids for the plastic lemonade cup that they gave as replacement. Not sure how kids are going to take drinks in car without them.
