My wife’s Prime Rib and my Grouper were cooked to perfection and delicious. The service was above and beyond our expectations. Our server, Brittany was professional, attentive, and has an incredibly enthusiastic personality with the desire to provide the highest level of personal service. Her manager Cathy accompanied her to our table and explained that Brittany was new and asked if it was okay for her to provide assistance in presenting our wine. The wine we selected was out of stock. Cathy offered to bring samples of three comparable wines. Our selection was wonderful. My wife’s after dinner drink, a “Salted Sunset” topped off a perfect evening. We are already making plans to return.

am not a member of Reynolds, but I was staying at the Ritz and it gave access to other restaurants so we decided to have brunch at Esse. First walking in everybody was staring at me and I didn’t understand why… then when I was seated at my table the manager ask me politely to remove my hat and I did. The service was okay. And brought drinks in a fairly timely manner. We were surprised that the mimosas were bottomless mimosas for $11, which we were not told – but they were out of pineapple juice, my wife may have had that instead of the Bloody Mary; however, the bar was out of olives ALSO…Weird! Anyways, the food was fantastic! I have the French toast which is amazing and my wife had the eggs benedict with the poblano pepper hollandaise sauce – and her being a chef herself she devoured it! She was so intrigued on this recipe that she went home and tried to recreate it and couldn’t she’s dumbfounded by it and wants to come back and taste again! Everybody dips out at 2:00 p.m. so get there early to have a great meal! Hopefully they’ll have olives in pineapple juice when you get there…

2 wait staff couldn’t say how the oysters were served where they were from or what type of mignonette other than “I don’t eat them I’m allergic” and “it red, it could be marinara?”
Asked 4 people for water
Asked 3 times for sweetener for tea
Asked if chef could sub an ingredient – waited 5 minutes was told yes and order was placed without taking orders for the rest of the table
Food arrived server couldn’t tell difference between grouper and halibut
“Halibut” was so dry it needed tartar sauce to save it (gross) which arrived 7 minutes later. Only to discover it was swordfish that had been substituted for the halibut – swordfish was not on the menu.
Grouper was great!
TONS of small children on a Friday night and super loud as a result

We went on a Saturday night for dinner with the family. The atmosphere is quite lovely! We ordered drinks and appetizers at the bar area. We given no plates, no napkins and a no flatware. When we did ask she said it’s meant to be finger food so you shouldn’t need plates or flatware. We had a great seat on the patio where 4 of us ordered the flat iron steak. Two ordered just as in the menu and other 2 ordered with fries. The 2 with fries came with no sauce and it was not great. We asked our server for sauce but at that point, our food was getting cold, we just ate it and it was just mediocre. My husband ordered the lamb burger and it was delicious, done perfectly. Another member of our group had the wagyu beef burger and it he said it was great. We had a hard time getting our water refilled through the meal or even anyone checking to see if we needed anything. The server forgot my glass of wine and seemed overwhelmed. It has a limited menu and hopefully they iron out the kinks with better training. We plan to try it out again

Wonderful dining experience! Our first time eating there. Food was great. The Sonoma salad was incredible, very cold, fresh and crisp! Service was impeccable from our first interaction with the hostess to the server! Highly recommend!!

Decent clubhouse restaurant with nice terrace and bar area. The food was very good and to be honest we were pleasantly surprised at pricing point. However what stood out was Aliah Beasley a one in a thousand server, she had a great personality whilst being knowledgeable on the menu and technically an excellent server. I do hope Esse recognise her skills.
