I stopped by the Burger King in Islandia, and honestly, it was a pretty disappointing experience. The food was okay at best—my fries were lukewarm, and the burger seemed like it had been sitting for a while. The service was slow even though it wasn’t that busy, and the staff didn’t seem very attentive. The dining area could’ve been a lot cleaner too; a few tables were messy and the drink station was sticky. I expected a little better quality and care, especially compared to other locations. Hopefully, they can step it up.

This is the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. They ran out of ice cream for the kids meal and they told me it was not their problem. They refused to give anything else in its place. And just kept repeating not my problem. Do not go.

The employees here are so unprofessional. They gossip and talk about other people’s problems. And they keep the customer waiting for two simple hamburgers with just cheese, bread, and meat. I wish the supervisor would do something and hire other people with more professionalism and keep their tongues in check.

This place is hit or miss on food and service. I frequently go to this place and sometimes they just throw your lukewarm food in the bag and send you on your way. Once in awhile it’s fresh, but usually I have to plead for them to make it fresh.
