I recently placed an order at this ocation, and I’m very disappointed with my experience.
I arrived about 15 minutes before my order was scheduled to be ready. A team member informed me it would take another 10–12 minutes. I went to the restroom for about two minutes, and when I came back out and sat down, the team member handed me my pizza. I even commented on how quickly it was ready.
However, when I got home and opened the box, the pizza was clearly undercooked. The cheese was barely melted, and the crust was still doughy. I had to put the pizza back in my oven to finish cooking it myself. After spending my money, I did not expect to basically receive a “take and bake” pizza.
I attempted to call the location multiple times, but my calls were either unanswered or disconnected. I would have returned to the store, but it was closing within 13 minutes at that point.
I am very frustrated and disappointed with both the food quality and the lack of customer service. I would appreciate someone reaching out to address this matter and provide a resolution.

Overall a really good pizza and nice relaxed place . We got the large pizza with 4 different toppings per side and the cinnamon twists. This place would have gotten 5 stars, but the cinnamon twists where burnt on the bottom and tasted a little burnt. The pizza was great but more crust and sauce options would make it even better.
I will have to stop back and try out more options.

NEGATIVE 5 STARS!! Worst place to get cold pizza. We ordered at 6pm online. Get to the restaurant at 650 for pick-up. Long line! We don’t get to just pick up our pizza, no!
We are told we have to wait in line and that it doesn’t matter if you call in or order online or anything, everyone has to wait in line. This is what the manager told us.
What’s the point of ordering ahead if you can’t just come pick up and go like you’re supposed to?? We didn’t get her Pizza until 7:20 p.m. this is unacceptable and we will not be going back.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to this place unless you like cold pizza.

I’ve ordered from this location multiple times and haven’t had many issues but what I just dealt with is enough for me to never order from this location again. I called over the phone to place an order, the employee told me 20-25 minutes, when my husband showed up to pick up the pizza, there was no order to be found. I made sure I called the correct location and when I called back to see what happened and what could be done I got this RUDE woman who I’ve spoken to multiple times and she always has a bad attitude. I explained the situation to her and rather than “sorry to hear that” or anything insinuating she cared, she instead gave me an attitude and basically said we don’t have an order. I listed out my whole order to her and then she proceeded to ask me do you wanna reorder…what can I get you? I asked at that point if I could talk to the manager and she said she was the manager. I can’t believe a manager is the one who has the worst attitude of anyone I’ve spoken to there. I will not order from this location anymore. No customer service. They really just don’t care. Don’t waste your money.

After ordering food from this place last week and never receiving my order then needing to argue with management to get the money refunded to my card. I thought I’d give them another shot only to have a partial order delivered nearly 3 hours after I placed it. I called asking if it would be delivered and was told it would be. Shortly after pizza and wings that have obviously been sitting on a counter for 2.5 hours arrived at my house. Part of my order never arrived. Now nobody is answering the phone. I’m mostly writing this to remind myself to never oder from them again.
