My coworker and I go here often for lunch and will order to-go. The food is ALWAYS delicious and hot! I usually get fried rice, egg drop soup, bourbon chicken, or egg rolls. There are tables and seating inside, but most customers, it seems, typically get their food to-go. Their take out containers are good quality, and I never have any spills or leaks. I highly recommend New China for good quality chinese cuisine!

Was told to not “pay attention” to the pictures of the plates that made it seem as if it came with other food. Was charged to exchange the rice and it was 4.99??? Paper tasted old and like paper. I had to literally ask if it was the correct food cause it tasted like salt when i ordered honey chicken. It was disgusting food overall.

I have gotten both take out and delivery several times. They are fast, delicious, and affordable. You get a great portion size for what you pay. The best Chinese in Memphis! Highly recommend the dumplings and General Tso’s chicken!

I have been ordering from here for years and have never had a problem until I did a delivery order tonight. My Egg Foo Young is overcooked, dry, burnt and not edible. You wouldn’t eat dry burned food, so why would you serve it to someone else.

This place is AWESOME!! The staff is very friendly, the food is delicious, the portions are huge and the prices are amazing- a bit over $9.00 for a huge entree with FRIED rice and a spring roll that is the best i’ve had in town- much cheaper than fast food! Everything I have had is good, especially the lo mein, general tso’s and mongolian beef- Highly recommended!
Edited to add- if New China reads this, please tell the nice man who cooks that his General Tso’s is wonderful- the sauce, the crust, the spicy level, is so delicious!

I say this is the best fair-priced restaurant compared to other take-out restaurants. The lunch menu (11:30-3:00 I believe) is my favorite time to order since the prices are around $7-9 depending on what third party delivery you use. Every time I have ordered they give me plenty to enjoy (especially with the sauces on the entree and extra condiments). I recommend this restaurant if you are trying to find a very quick and delicious lunch/dinner spot to take home! Also try to leave a tip if you can, small businesses deserves it!
